As a former employee, I feel it is important to let people know that behind the shiny new building is an owner that has said time and time again that she never wanted a day care. The arts academy is indeed her baby and it shows. The care for children is average and safe, compared to other centers I have worked in, but the director is a young girl who is merely a puppet there to do whatever the owner considers dirty work. The owner has told multiple people is director is in over her head, and I couldn't agree more. With merely a CDA and very little actual experience with children, she does not do much to improve or take advice in making the center the best it could be. A parent told me of a previous concern about possible abuse in the bathroom.. Where did that teacher end up? On a teacher of the week spotlight and moved to work with infants in a room alone. As far as employment, do not do it! With a starting wage close to minimum wage, they expect you to jump through hoops to please them but the care for the families falls bottom of the list. Instead of talking to the parents and ensuring their child's day went as planned, they wait by the computer system and call yelling at you once you've reached state regulated ratios. The few extra minutes pay really kills them. Also, the fantastic raises they go on about in the group interview? Good luck. A teacher with a bachelors was starting at the same rate as an 18 year old kid with no experience whatsoever. If you do not suck up and be fake happy with management, kiss a good working experience good bye. I can honestly say the owner has never said a word to me and her husband ignored me completely when I said hello and waved multiple different times. I will say there are some great teachers, but don't expect them to stay when they treat those who are lazy and outwardly do not want to work with children better than someone who cares. read more

We love Bravo! My family has been attending Bravo daycare for almost 2 years. There are many things I love about Bravo, but the biggest thing is the safety measures they use to keep my children safe. I have never been concerned about the safety of my kids while they attend daycare. I also love how clean and well kept the entire building is, from inside to outside, Bravo does a great job at keeping the entire facility clean and well cared for. The teachers and staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile in taking care of my kids and answering my questions. Recently, we discovered my son has very specific dietary needs. I was worried that I would have to start packing my sons lunch everyday, but Bravo daycare has a full kitchen! They make the meals and snacks in house, and they are very willing to provide my son with a variety of foods that follow his dietary guidelines. Another thing I love about Bravo is that when I have any concerns about the care of my children, the Director or On-Site Director are willing to meet with me day of, in order to hear my concerns and make changes if needed. I have my sweet daughter in the preschool program at the Bravo Arts Academy and am so happy about it. I've talked to a bunch of people who have had their kids there for daycare, classes, and preschool. They've all loved it. My friends son was reading before kindergarten which is amazing and really helped him have an edge making the transition from preschool to kindergarden seamless. My daughter is so energetic about school. When we went their the first day (for orientation) she didn't want to leave. I love their curriculum, and the kids excitement for going their. Not only do they have a great way of teaching the alphabet, sounds, numbers, colors and shapes they also teach an instrument which builds self esteem and helps the kids be more well rounded. I recommend Bravo Arts Academy to my friends and family and anyone who is on the fence about where to put their child. read more

NOBODY should be taking their child to this business. Please do your research on multiple sites. One of their employees left marks on a child's neck from grabbing him and the owner didn't do anything about it!! CPS and detectives were called by the parent and they charged the employee with abuse while the owner hid it from everyone! News got out and instead of taking responsibility she placed blame on the child and made excuses! She also bribes parents with free date nights for leaving five star reviews and deletes comments and reviews on their Facebook site trying to hide how people really feel about that place!!! Also, multiple parents have complained of their child being hurt there and nothing being done about it!!! read more

This is our 4th year going to Bravo and we have really enjoyed it. My oldest started in the 3 year old Pre-school program & continued with the 4 year old Pre-school class. My 2nd child is now into his 2nd year at Bravo (also the 3 & 4 year old pre=school classes) and has learned a lot. The thing I like most about Bravo is that it is a learning atmosphere. So many pre-schools I looked into were more like a day care and not a school. I also like that I can go any time & watch my child in class. The other thing I have loved about Bravo is the small class sizes which is another thing I did not like about some of the other schools I looked into which had double the amount of kids in it. Bravo has been the best choice I've made in a long time for my son. In just 8 months, he has shown so much progress developmentally in so many ways. His social interaction and intelligence have sky rocketed since I registered him at Bravo. The teachers and staff are so encouraging and constantly maintaining positive communication with my son and I so that his progress is always moving forward in every aspect. Their extracurricular activities outside of daycare are so much fun, too! My son loves his tumbling and music class and has excelled in physical developments and fine motor skills through these classes. I'm looking forward to continued progress as we move into the pre-school program soon!!! read more

Bravo has been a great place for my children. They love it, I love it and it brings a good feeling. I am impressed with the security and care that the facility delivers. It's a great atmosphere! Proper care from the teachers, the classrooms are well taken care of. My girls love running to the classroom to anticipate what the day holds for them. I have been impressed with how the teachers inform me about any incident with my children and how it was handled. The teachers are great and put a lot of effort to make sure my kids are looked after, are getting what they need, even when it comes to changing diapers, potty time, naps, lunches and so forth. Bravo is amazing! The staff are always friendly and always willing to help out in anyway they can. They regularly go above and beyond the call of duty to help the families they work with. I am so glad that my husband and I chose to place our kids in the Bravo Daycare! The teachers are amazing and genuinely care about each and every child they care for. I have never had to worry about my kids well being while they are at Daycare. The owner is a wonderful person and you can see that she really does care about the families and the children in her care. AMAZING Company!! I wouldn't put my kids in another facilities care! I have been taking my kids to Bravo since 2010! They are amazing. We started with Music/Tumble when my son was 2 1/2, he went to 2 years of Preschool and just LOVED it. Since then he has done Karate, Hip-Hop, Tumbling, and Art Classes. It's wonderful! Our daughter is in her second year of preschool now and we plan to enroll our toddler when he is 2. We go to Parent Date Night and it's great. 4 hours of trusted care for the kids, they have a blast and we don't stress out because we know its a safe, fun, and great environment for the kids. I recommend Bravo to everyone and can't say enough good things about the wonderful classes and excellent teachers and staff!!! read more

My daughter is currently enrolled in tumbling and we love the facilities and equipment for tumbling. She loves her teacher Miss Whitaker, she is always so positive and cheerful. My daughter always looks forward to seeing her and all her friends. I have so many options to choose from and can schedule classes that best fit in our schedule. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. You can feel the sincerity and care of the The staff has for all their student. Our favorite part is the 'Make-ups'. My daughter (age5) has been enrolled in the dance/tumble combo class for a little over a year now and she absolutely loves it. She looks forward to her class every week. The teachers choreograph fun, age-appropriate routines that still challenge the kids. They are patient and attentive to each child's needs. The classes are non-competitive, so if that's the kind of think you are looking for then bravo is not the place to be. The parent date-nights are great as well. I love that I can bank my daughter's missed classes for the parent date nights. My daughter really enjoys going there for the date nights. read more

I have two kids who attend the Bravo daycare. All I can say is that I am thrilled that we found this facility in our time of needing childcare. When I was accepted to the nursing program I was so excited but scared about what I'd do for childcare while I attended. My kids had never had any experience in a daycare setting so I was nervous dropping them off for the first time. When I picked the kids up they were so happy and had a great time! Throughout my time at Bravo I have not only learned how to play the piano but also the theory and proper technique behind becoming a successful musician. After I felt confident in piano I started taking voice and recently guitar. Each teacher I have had at Bravo is skilled and a joy to learn from! Mr. Santana has made learning the guitar fun for me, he adapts his lessons based on what my strengths are and continually answers my over the top questions about the instrument in a way that someone who is just barley starting can understand! read more

The perfect preschool for my little one! I enrolled my daughter in the 3 year old preschool and have been so happy. Though it was hard to work into my budget sending my daughter here I think it was very much worth it! My daughter struggles with pretty bad anxiety, so the tiny class size and familiar faces everyday have helped her so much! She seems way more comfortable around other people, and as an added bonus she is learning her alphabet having fun and coming home singing the cutest songs!! Worth every penny! read more

Both of my children attend Bravo. They both love it. All of the teachers at Bravo have been incredibly friendly and caring. I get daily reports on what my children have been doing that day. Their days are filled with art, music and lots of exercise. They spend lots of time outside when the weather is nice which is great. Each classroom has cameras ensuring the children's safety. I am able to watch what my children are doing in class through the monitors in the front hall. I would definitely recommend this school. read more

Bravo is a great facility for child care. My son is in kindergarten and loves it so much. They have amazing teachers and a state of the art facility. You definitely have to pay a bit more for this but the features are worth it. They have finger print scanners to make sure the right person is picking up the right child. They have cameras in every room where you can watch your child and make sure they are fine. Besides child care they also have dance, tumbling, and many other artistic type classes. We put my child in the tumble and dance class in February. He loved it and we loved how his instructor Miss Lanting taught him to follow instruction and have fun. There was no doubt in my mind where he would go for Preschool. He is now in preschool and so excited to go every single day. Sending your children off to school isn't the easiest thing to do when they've been at home with you every day for 4 years. Our family absolutely loves Bravo daycare. My two girls love their teachers so much! (thank you Ms Pierce!!!! and all the other teachers too!) my girls have a place that they are comfortable with when my husband and I are at work.
