I made the decision to pull my children from this daycare because I can no longer trust them with my babies' safety or wellbeing. My 1-year-old has a life-threatening egg allergy, which the daycare was well aware of. Despite multiple reminders, he was repeatedly exposed to egg 2-3 times a week. That's not a mistake--it's negligence. Every day I dropped him off, I worried it might be the last time I saw him alive. On top of that, my 8-month-old's personal formula, diapers, and wipes--which I purchase out of pocket--were consistently used on other children. I was rarely given back everything I brought each morning, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes most days to pick them up because parents are kept in the lobby, unable to check on their own kids. I paid thousands of dollars a month to this facility, yet it felt like I had to supervise their staff every single day. My job is to work and provide, not to constantly fear for my children's safety in a place I trusted to care for them. I've debated whether or not to post this, but I feel strongly that other parents should be warned about our experience with this daycare. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. The communication is virtually nonexistent, and the lack of professionalism--especially from ownership--is incredibly concerning. My son attended LTA from June 2024 to April 2025.Things were fine at first, but everything changed around March 2025. Staff turnover became constant, and my son was repeatedly moved between new teachers. The biggest mistake, in my opinion, was letting go of the former director, Morgan. After that, the quality of care declined rapidly. Here are just a few of the major issues we experienced: * Neglected hygiene: My son came home multiple times with painful diaper rashes and yeast infections. We saw his pediatrician three times in just a few months due to poor diapering practices. * Unreported injury: He came home with a bite mark and deep bruising on his arm--no incident report, no communication. * Ignored messages: We raised several concerns, including diaper changes and safety issues. Most were never acknowledged or addressed. * Misplaced items: He was frequently sent home in clothes that weren't his, and his belongings were often lost. * Safety failure: On his last day, staff reported that he had ingested diaper rash cream because a teacher left it within reach and wasn't paying attention. We even filed a formal complaint with the State. Despite that, nothing changed. We gave notice of withdrawal and didn't receive a single reply. A week later, I had to follow up in person just to confirm it was processed. It's devastating to feel like you can't trust the people responsible for your child's care. Absolutely wonderful daycare! When we moved here, we looked in Google and scheduled a tour and were sold! The facility is highly decorated, cleaned daily, and I was impressed with how well-things run. It's more like a school than a daycare. My kids LOVE their time at "school" and come home with the cutest crafts and songs. Suzanne, the owner, knows what she's doing and keeps us in the loop of everything. I didn't know this when we started but I was so thrilled to hear that even the daycare children have a daily curriculum. My daughter is learning so much, she told me all about volcanos yesterday and she's not even in preschool yet. The staff is well-trained and delightful to work with. Like every person we've interacted with has been helpful and thoughtful (where do you find so many great teachers??) I don't understand all the negative comments here because that hasn't been our experience at all. We are big fans of Little Tiger Academy! read more

We had a 3 year old boy, a 5 year old girl and an 8 year old girl enrolled here. On the first day, they failed to pick up our 8 year old girl from school. They didn't seem to have a problem with her walking alone to the daycare. Within the same week our 8 year old girl was crying in the corner and afraid because she had seen one of the teachers grab a boy by the arms and force a him to pick up toys. A few months later, a teacher brought our son out with a gash over his eye and a bruise on the side of his head and informed us that an older boy had shoved him in to a book case then punch and kicked our daughter in the stomach as well as injuring other children. The following week, our 5 year old daughter told us that a male teacher had told her that he hates her. She went outside and started crying. The teacher followed her out to tell her that he was just joking. We confronted the director who was able to confirm the story and let us know that the teacher was working on an apology letter. There is a serious lack of supervision here and we felt that the male teacher might take it out on our daughter so we pulled our children out today and will not be returning. We do not feel comfortable with our children at this daycare. We strongly advise against choosing them as your child care provider. read more

After completing an extensive search on google, my husband and I came across this school. I contacted Suzanne to gather the information needed. There were huge alarms from the beginning, but we wanted to be flexible during the transition of schools reopening due to covid-19. The grand opening was delayed for nearly 3 weeks. We had no issue with this. Our problem was the lack of communication, which goes hand in hand with professionalism. I am the one who persistently reached out to gather the information needed. Suzanne was not dependable. She failed to communicate important details regarding her school's opening, and toward the end, details regarding a life threatening disease that has killed over 200,000 Americans and how my son was involved with this. i.e, after one of the many calls I made to her I was informed that school would be starting on a specific Monday after many changes she stated she would be in touch with the details. Parents, do understand my frustration when it is passed 9AM on the Monday the school was supposed to open and we have not received any updates. I contacted her again and she answered, "I was just working on that." That was the first strike in my book. Under no circumstances should an educator not be in communication with parents a few days before a school opening to inform them it will not be happening. Even Sunday evening would have been appreciated. I had to find out the day of. Also, the point I am making is that I only found this out because I contacted her. This is a lack of respect for our time as a family. Suzanne's lack of communication is what set me off from the beginning because it is inconsiderate. You must remain in contact with the parents. Another i.e, picture day... What a damn mess. We dressed our son up as requested and he did not even come out in the same clothes we sent him to school with that day. Better yet, I requested to Suzanne when I dropped him off that he takes his picture today and the class picture the following day. The best part is my son was a hot mess. His eyes were closed in the class photo, and yes it happens, but guess what? With the amount of money you are charging, why not invest a few more in a photographer who is dedicated to taking at least one decent photo of each child? I have to assume the photographer had a digital camera since this is 2020. Needless to say, we did not order any photos. The moment we knew he wouldn't be returning to this poorly functioning school was November 12th. We received a message that was overall unclear from Suzanne at 7:20PM. What she was trying to tell us was that our child was exposed to an infected staff member who had coronavirus and we would have to keep him home for a maximum of 14 days. Without having all the details needed to reach out to a doctor regarding whether or not the infected teacher had symptoms or was wearing a mask-we knew that was his last day there. We were tired of the B.S. My husband (Niko Rodriguez) left his review regarding this matter. We come from New York City and New Jersey and this is just not what a decent school is. We happily enrolled him at Bravo Arts Academy where he will be joining a daycare program along with a hip hop dance class and a guitar lesson weekly. Moving forward we will be paying $749 monthly, while we have been paying $700+ for our son to come home every other day with a toilet paper roll as his grand arts and crafts project. The arts program at Little Tiger is a joke and teachers need to think outside of the box. Parents, keep in mind the $750 includes 50 hours weekly where children are learning throughout the day without the need to pay extra for 3 days weekly for a pre-k portion. Safety, security, and health measures are taken to a whole new level. I sincerely hope that for the children enrolled at Little Tiger you get your values and ethics right. However, Suzanne made it crystal clear that parents are not allowed in the classrooms. The fact that his temperature was taken and he was allowed in the back is super fishy. DON'T USE THIS PLACE FOR CHILDCARE OR EMPLOYMENT!!! I was an employee at Little Tiger Academy for almost 2 years. Suzanne (Director) and Morgan (Assistant Director) are both very disrespectful, fake, inconsiderate, and unprofessional to their staff. Suzanne especially, she hires young women and takes advantage of their innocence when it comes to employment. Suzanne not only disrespects her staff not to mention the tole it took on my own personal mental health, but MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CHILDREN ENROLLED IN HER CARE. The children dont have consistent teachers because her turn over rate is so high because she treats her staff as object not as people. Shes fired multiple people for reasons she can't explain. She lets her home life effect how she responds toward anyone she interacts with including parents, children, and staff! She wants only money and she doesn't care about your child. She told CPS that she wasn't worried about sexual assault towards a child because that child was making her a lot of money. So the previous Assistant Director and teachers had to report it to get the child out of the situation. She put hands on the children in her care because she couldn't hold her self together. She pushed a 4year olds head into the snow. The mother was informed by the previous Assistant Director, the mother did report Suzanne for her actions. ALL IN ALL THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BE INVOLVED WITH it makes me so upset i stayed their for so long and kept my mouth shut but i thought it was about time that this was shared with the world. I LOVE LOVE LOVE CHILDREN WITH ALL MY HEART AND ME AND MY 4 BEST FRIENDS WERE WONDERFUL TEACHERS AND CRIED WHEN WE HAD TO LEAVE THOSE KIDS IN THAT HORRIBLE PLACE. BEWARE!!! FAMILIES PLEASE READ: We had our son enrolled in Little Tigers Academy for both daycare and preschool. At first we took note of how empty and poor the facility looked from each classroom to the terrible playground outside that looks like a prison for kids. I brushed it off because I could tell the school was just opening however after months, nothing had changed. Just last week a teacher in his class went to school with the COVID-19 virus and may have passed it on to a whole class of toddlers right before thanksgiving when families do their best to travel and get together. Normally, I would be more understanding but with my own eyes, I've witness pure carelessness when it came to safeguarding against this worldwide pandemic. Just a couple of weeks ago I was picking our son up when the governor sent out his emergency sms notification to everyone's phone. A staff member was in the back while I was in the lobby and I heard her laugh and say " What a Joke! " ( Her name is Marcy and she appears to be the number two person in charge which makes it all the more alarming ) Upon notification of my son and his classmates having to get tested and quarantine for 1-2 weeks due to the staff members contamination, I asked for a refund for the remaining half of the month and that I would be pulling my son from school until the virus was more under control. This is the moment where the owner, SUZANNE, showed her true colors and where her head is at. She refused to give me the remaining half of the monthly tuition because in her words "it's in the contract and she doesn't have to be nice" and then proceeded to tell me that when we do decide to have our son comeback he can have the credit applied to the account ( which by the way wasn't the correct amount owed to begin with ) I proceeded to tell her that she can keep the money but I will be leaving this honest review. She asked what I would say and I mentioned exactly what I am writing now. She proceeded to laugh, not take me serious, and say she has a business to run ( which again shows she only thinks of her "school" as a business. Needless to say my son will never attend this sleazy business and if you care about knowing your child is in a safe place being taken care of by someone who truly has the childrens/parents best interest at heart, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am a hardworking, disabled veteran of the US army and this treatment of my child and myself is completely disgusting and unacceptable. Awesome Teachers! My daughter comes home and tells me how much she loves class! She is already reading simple sentences and LOVES to sound out words on her own! It is a very friendly place with a great staff who keeps in constant communication with the parents. I feel like they are helping prepare my child to become successful in grade school!
