This school is ripping us off. The student support service here isn't very good. The staff are quite indifferent and inattentive.

This daycare/school is absolutely amazing! my kindergartener has been going here since he was 6…read moreweeks old. and my two year old has also been here since 6 weeks. I also used to work at The north Ogden location. They are very informative and professional And if there's a problem they work with you so well to solve it. That have been such a huge help for me and my family i even make the drive everyday just so my kids can go here since we moved and it's so worth it. The teachers do super fun activities and my kids have learned so much from being here.

Our child went here for nearly 3 years. They have 6 different ways to communicate schedules and I…read morecould never keep up. They use 3 different chats in their own app, text you, and email you. It is extremely disjointed and disorganized. Nothing is planned ahead so if you aren't checking your 6 different inboxes for info from the school you are bound to miss something. But they do make sure to text multiple times to remind you if you leave your kid there after closing on Tuesdays is $5 per minute. So if they want you to receive a message they know how to send it but if it doesn't benefit them you can expect to go hunting for any info you need. The director is cold and short. I couldn't wait to get my kid out of the school. Nothing like what it says on paper. Mrs. Helen is also a horrible teacher she has no patience or care for children. She shushes our child many times when he needed assistance resulting in traumatic experiences that could have easily been avoided if she had any capacity to work with small children.

This institution offers various activities for its students - I think these activities are welcomed…read moreto non-students, too - besides the well-rounded and structured education. Student numbers are small, 10-12 students in my granddaughter's class, her teacher is Awesome and my grand daughter LIKES her. Check out the website for the classes and schedules, locations of Bravo! Academy, and so much more! My granddaughter was granted admission into a private school but she chose not to go because, in her own words, "I like my teacher!"

As a single mom during a global pandemic schools were closed and no longer needed childcare. My…read moredaughter would be sad to leaver her friends, but she was already exposed to enough colds and coughs. I asked to put my daughters tuition on hold but because she was only there 3 full days I didn't qualify. I thought it over, over the weekend, and decided I needed to just withdraw her. You see, I also work in healthcare, and while I am NOT on the front lines my job is essential and I will be working outside my home everyday through this Stay Safe, Stay Home and it wasn't just about my daughter or my finances (although as a single mom that was a HUGE part). I could have continued to take my daughter to Bravo, perhaps one day unknowingly exposing all of the children and staff to COVID-19. I chose to withdraw her instead. As a consequence I was charged over $250, 2 more weeks of full tuition and then withdraw fees. No, I would not recommend them. I understand, this is what I agreed to when I signed up for childcare and in a normal world I would not expect anything less than to abide my strict policy, but this is NOT a normal world.

Absolutely wonderful daycare! When we moved here, we looked in Google and scheduled a tour and were…read moresold! The facility is highly decorated, cleaned daily, and I was impressed with how well-things run. It's more like a school than a daycare. My kids LOVE their time at "school" and come home with the cutest crafts and songs. Suzanne, the owner, knows what she's doing and keeps us in the loop of everything. I didn't know this when we started but I was so thrilled to hear that even the daycare children have a daily curriculum. My daughter is learning so much, she told me all about volcanos yesterday and she's not even in preschool yet. The staff is well-trained and delightful to work with. Like every person we've interacted with has been helpful and thoughtful (where do you find so many great teachers??) I don't understand all the negative comments here because that hasn't been our experience at all. We are big fans of Little Tiger Academy!

I made the decision to pull my children from this daycare because I can no longer trust them with…read moremy babies' safety or wellbeing. My 1-year-old has a life-threatening egg allergy, which the daycare was well aware of. Despite multiple reminders, he was repeatedly exposed to egg 2-3 times a week. That's not a mistake--it's negligence. Every day I dropped him off, I worried it might be the last time I saw him alive. On top of that, my 8-month-old's personal formula, diapers, and wipes--which I purchase out of pocket--were consistently used on other children. I was rarely given back everything I brought each morning, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes most days to pick them up because parents are kept in the lobby, unable to check on their own kids. I paid thousands of dollars a month to this facility, yet it felt like I had to supervise their staff every single day. My job is to work and provide, not to constantly fear for my children's safety in a place I trusted to care for them. Parents, be aware: if your child has any medical condition or specific care needs, look elsewhere. No family should have to live with this kind of anxiety, especially while paying a premium for care.

The summer program for the school-aged children is fantastic. The kids get to go on daily field trips, which my daughter raves about. I've never had an issue with them until recently. My 2 1/2 year old son has been having some behavioral problems the last couple of months, which included hitting, biting, and scratching the teachers ( part of his terrible twos phase) and he also doesn't nap anymore since he sleeps 7pm-7am. And apparently that's a big problem for them ( at least that's how they made it seem) Well at the beginning of December the director Jennifer asked me if I have talked to my sons pediatrician to see if there was anything "neurologically wrong with him" her exact words, because he was going through these phases. By the way she decided to say this to me in front of two other parents dropping of their children as well, I find this completely unprofessional and disrespectful of her. I reported her to management and they said that they would have a talk with her and even still after speaking with her, Jennifer didn't have the decency to apologize to me about what she said and how she said it. This isn't a bad review about the daycare itself like I said I loved the daycare. My only issue was with Jennifer and how she went about everything wasn't professional at all.
