She's done two years here (she's on her third year) and has had a fantastic experience. She's had great teachers and made some awesome friends. I feel like the principal has been doing a great job making the school a better place. He truly cares about each and every student. The times I've emailed him with questions, he's responded quickly and answered honestly. I'm very impressed with him and the way he runs this school.

The teachers are bad because they whip their students to get them lined up in the halls. Plus they don't let the students breath without permission they whip you if you breath wrong. The granny guards will stone you if run on the equipment (as if you will fall) and and if you survive the stoning (somehow) they will put you in a torcher chamber its A locker with massive nails and feet ticklers and cigar smoke so you cough. The principal eats doughnuts and cake in front of the students at lunch as the students are eating there "gourmet meal" also known as rotten mushrooms and rotten tomatoes. At the assembly's they force the students to run around naked on the stage and scream, meanwhile the staff is watching and cackling like witches. And the school computers when you type your fingers get bombarded by grease and the computer stops working because of so much grease. At the end of the day the staff stomps on you and gives you 1000000000000000000000000000 pounds of home work if you don't finish you get the schools initial's get engraved into you forehead and if you don't have room on your forehead they stretch your forehead out and engrave as much as possible. The issues with this place is the rate of bullying and the lack of care from staff! My daughter is quiet and keeps to her herself. Most days she's scared to even go to school. Today I had picked her up from the last day of summer school and as we were driving off a girl (of a different race) leaned out of the back of the truck she was in and looked at my daughter and yelled "dumb b****"! apparently this has been thing that has been going on the whole school year. My daughter didn't want to say anything due to being scared of getting beat up!!!!!! This girl is a bully and my daughter's counselor was already aware of the bullying issues During the school year (this is what my daughter tells me) and all my daughter gets is a "well let me know if it happens again and you can come sit in here if it makes you feel safe".... Are you for real!? I called the school today to make them aware that I will involve the police and the school if there is NO corrective action taken WHEN this happens again. The bullying issues were not ever to this extent when I attended Bonneville. Its truly sad and pathetic that adults are too afraid to actually take care of and stop bullying like they LOVE to advertise!!! Bonneville High School staff, you all should be very ashamed that you preach "no bullying allowed" but are too scared to actually STOP IT!!!!!!

It felt like if I killed myself it'd be a relief that they'd have one less poor kid to deal with. My friends and I have had too many bad experiences to count with bringing serious situations to admin and having nothing done due to it involving kids that were part of the sports department or involving their own kids. I've had friends almost choose to end their lives because of things that happened at that godforsaken school. The staff in the office are never friendly and are always snippy and rarely helpful. Only good thing about this school is most of the teachers and counselors are amazing people. Most of them actually care about the kids that they are teaching. Several have helped me through some really rough patches of my life without knowing it. It was so bad I had several friends and classmates transfer schools. The community in the school (due to admin not doing anything) was a very toxic environment. Racism, bigotry, homophobia and all sorts of discrimination was everywhere. We had transfer students getting bullied by racist students with several reports to admin and nothing was ever done. My friend group frequently was called slurs, also reported to admin, again no actions were taken. People write slurs all across the school and actions were never taken unless it was "vandalism" in the bathrooms (girls saying "have a good day" "you look beautiful" "keep going" "you have people that love you"). Principal acts like an unprofessional toddler whenever he is called out.
