You get out of this what you put into it. They will work with you. The office that you do your hands on hours with has a variety of dentistry. I gave them a call in June three months before my baby was born and they said it shouldn't be a problem to get him in, just come in when he's born and get on a waiting list. Fast forward to September and my sweet baby boy has arrived. We went in and met the staff, got on a "waiting list" and was told to call in November if they don't reach out first. My baby needed to start daycare the first week of December. So November rolls around and I haven't heard from them, so I give them a call... now they tell me to call back in two weeks and they probably can get me a spot but it's not guaranteed yet. What?!? After the lack of communication and awful waiting period I decided to start calling around. Almost every daycare was booked until January, February, or even later. Honestly, I liked them. But I wouldn't recommend having to deal with their messy organization.
