He never cries and clings to my leg at drop off like he did in with the previous babysitter he went to. In fact, he likes it so much here that he walks me to the door every morning and literally shoves me out the door and goes in before I can tell him goodbye. The staff is friendly, and I have not seen a grumpy face yet! I always get a hello and a good morning from whomever is in the office in the morning, and my son teachers always make a point to say hello and tell my son good morning. The staff is always so amazing about informing me what goes on with my son and what he does during the days and ways he's been improving overtime. And the director, Ty is absolutely phenomenal! She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! It's a friendly atmosphere all the way around.

This review is not from having my children here a week or two, I have had my children here for years, and I am sad to see this once great and caring daycare become what it has today. I have to move my children in the middle of the year right before Christmas break, and all three of my children have cried because they are going to miss their teachers, and friends. They are amazing at making sure he gets fed on a schedule and everytime I come to pick him up he's listening to classical music or a fun kids channel. The babies will all be sitting in a circle playing with toys or looking in a mirror. He gets his own crib for naps. The class is also small which is nice. It is hard to leave your baby with somebody else, but I don't worry about him because I know he's in great care! Prices are affordable and comparable to nearby places. I pay $155 a week for full time care. They were also able to get me in without a lot of notice too!

As far as billing is concerned, do not expect statements, any other childcare facility we have used gives monthly statements. We recieved 2 in the 10 months our children attended, and the second one was only because we asked for it. Overall I would not recommend anyone to send their children there, there are much nicer facilities with better care out there for the same cost.

As a single mom during a global pandemic schools were closed and no longer needed childcare. I asked to put my daughters tuition on hold but because she was only there 3 full days I didn't qualify. I thought it over, over the weekend, and decided I needed to just withdraw her. You see, I also work in healthcare, and while I am NOT on the front lines my job is essential and I will be working outside my home everyday through this Stay Safe, Stay Home and it wasn't just about my daughter or my finances (although as a single mom that was a HUGE part). I could have continued to take my daughter to Bravo, perhaps one day unknowingly exposing all of the children and staff to COVID-19. I chose to withdraw her instead. As a consequence I was charged over $250, 2 more weeks of full tuition and then withdraw fees. No, I would not recommend them. I understand, this is what I agreed to when I signed up for childcare and in a normal world I would not expect anything less than to abide my strict policy, but this is NOT a normal world.
