Absolutely worst high school ever. The fees they require you to pay for your child to attend a public school are outrageous. We are paying fees twice because we pay a fee to the school and then the same fee has to be paid to the district. You have to pay a transportation fee to the school and to the district, special education fee to the school and to the district, my children did not use the the bus and did not require special education but we still had to pay those fees. Well actually my son was on a 504 plan and none of the teachers would show up to the meetings and I was told by the councilor oops we had no clue he was on a 504 plan. You have to pay LAB fees for math classes. You'll pay a book fee to the school for each book and you'll also have to pay the same book fee to the district. If you don't pay the fees the school will hold your child's transcripts hostage until all fees are paid. Then they send you to collections without sending a written notice that they are doing so. You pay the fees and your child's new school calls the school to get the transcripts and they receive a fax saying saying there are still $150 worth of fees that need to be paid even though all fees where paid. No one at that school knows what they are doing. Someone says oh you don't owe and fees then we're told oh you owe $150.
For a school to hold a child's transcripts hostage is just wrong. read more
