    Wonderful food! It never disappoints. Whenever we're in town, we love to visit. The cocktails are excellent, the wine list is impressive, and the tapas are perfect for sharing. Great cocktails.

    My wife and I stopped in for Valentine's Day last night and were reminded why Brava is the best restaurant in the Berkshires. We have been three times and every time we go we are impressed. Initially we were hesitant, thinking it would be over priced but it is always less expensive than we expected. Pizzas, wings, and the bread pudding were the favorites this time. 10/10.

    Friendly staff and decent food. We ordered the mushroom pizza, patatas bravas and chicken wings. The pizza was good but the patatas bravas and wings were lacking. We had the patatas a few years ago and they were excellent, this time around they were lacking flavor. The wings were rubbery.

    Another hot spot in Lenox. Great tapas menu. The lamb chops are a most. Perfectly cooked. I sat at the bar. The dining area filled up quickly. Nice place to share tapas.

    We chose the tapas place Brava as our dinner out while staying in the Berkshires, and were not disappointed. A warm, inviting interior, friendly service, lovely wines and awesome wild mushroom pizza made for a nice dinner date.

    Will return. A lovely restaurant with a few pockets of dining areas: very good food and service. Love their floors and color scheme. It feels tranquil during this time of the year, compares to summer months when it's always hectic. Chickpeas is wonderful - both texture and taste. Scan to pay is great!

    Brava is one of my favorite spots for pizza in Lenox. During my first visit, they were really accommodating to our large party and we had nice outdoor patio seating. They are also open really late which is super convenient. They have great pizza - my favorite being the basil pesto. Bruschetta was a bit weird, having a tomato jam instead of actual tomato. It was alright but I would have preferred it with just regular tomato. I ended up going back a few times for their pizza. The interior was also really nice but sometimes the pizza took a while.

    Fun, loud but like you're in a small eatery in France or Italy. Food is excellent and drink choices expansive. Go, you'll enjoy yourself.

As for their service, that was the weak point of the meal. Our server was not very friendly and customer driven. When we noticed other tables being taken care of more professionally, an example was when we asked for some EVOO for our bread and the server brings us an oil/vinegar rack used for salads. Other tables were given their special EVOO garlic upgrade. Overall the food was prepared perfectly by their kitchen culinary staff. Thank you. I would prefer that the sauce for the zuppa di pesce to be thicker, but beside that everyone really enjoyed their food. The portions were large and we had leftovers. We all wanted different things so we didnt order family style. Overall, and amazing dinner and absolutely amazing service!

The interior of the restaurant is small, but welcoming, with an L-shaped bar for approximately (12) persons which accommodates food service, and table seating for approximately 50-60. We arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday, and by 6pm it was full; reservations are highly recommended. With regards to the food, everything was absolutely amazing! We started with the Fried Calamari (appetizer), which is my 'go to' as I both love it, and feel it is a perfect test of a kitchen's abilities, as it is a simple appetizer, but can be easily cooked poorly; this calamari was perfectly cooked (not chewy), and both lightly battered and flavored for a momentus start to our food experience. We also started with the Roasted Mushrooms (appetizer), and while I did not sample, the other members of my party thoroughly enjoyed. For the main course, I ordered the Chicken Cordon Blue (house specialty), which incorporated prosciutto and a unique creamy parmigiano sage rose sauce. The execution of the chicken preparation along with the sauce showcased the talent in the kitchen, reminding me that Gianni Figs is a chef owned restaurant. The other members of the table enjoyed Pasta Carbonara (traditional pasta), Grill to Table Scallops and Chicken Cacciatori (ribeye, chicken, & veal), all which I was informed were amazing! One minor critique as I pretend to be a legitimate food reviewer, is a consideration for the interior ambiance of the right side of the restaurant. If the right side were to more closely resemble the left side, with the addition of some wood, decor and softer lighting, it would create a warmer atmosphere for patrons. Additionally, a door or some type of partition to the kitchen entrance would also elevate the setting for those sitting adjacent to. Lastly, while I understand things will never go back to pre-2020, and the world is an altered place, with altered standards, I will note that multiple tables included patrons wearing ball caps and hooded/printed weatshirts while eating. Unfortunately, the way management handles pricing and customer concerns has become very disappointing, The issue is not with all the staff. Many of them provide very good service. However, there have also been times when service at the bar has felt rushed or dismissive, particularly on weekend evenings when one bartender appears more focused on closing customers out early than allowing regulars to enjoy their meal or drinks without being tabbed out before requesting such. That kind of experience, combined with the pricing issue, makes loyal customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The bigger issue is the repeated nickel-and-diming of regular customers. Most recently, I ordered a small pizza that was half cheese, and half mushroom, onion and sausage. I was charged the full topping price price for each of the three toppings as though the toppings had been placed on the entire pizza, even though they were only on half. On top of that, I was charged an additional fee because the other half was plain cheese-even though a cheese pizza is already base pizza. That kind of pricing is hard to justify and makes the regular customer feel like every small variation is treated as an opportunity to add another charge. When I first questioned the charge, the bartender's response was essentially "this is how it rings up in the register". That did not address the concern. a register entry does not make an unreasonable charge reasonable, and pricing can be adjusted when something clearly does not make sense. I then attempted to raise the issue with the owner and was directed to the manager. When I spoke with the manager, the response still felt defensive rather than customer-focused. I was eventually handed $2 and told, in substance, that because I was a regular customer, they did not want me to be upset. The way it was handled made it feel as though I was the one being difficult over a few dollars. That misses the point. The issue is not the $2. The issue is that regular customers should not feel like every order is an opportunity to squeeze out another charge. Regular customers notice when small charges do not seem reasonable or transparent. This was not an isolated concern. On Mother's Day, we came in expecting the regular dinner menu after being told dinner would be available. Instead, we were given a holiday menu with options selected from the regular menu at higher prices - around $7 to $8 more per entree - without anything extra included. On another visit, we were told there would be a $4 charge for extra bread, which also felt excessive. I understand restaurant's have costs, and I do not expect anything for free. But there is a difference between fair pricing and making loyal customers feel taken advantage of. When a regular customer raises a reasonable concern, it should be handled with professionalism, not defensiveness. This restaurant has good food, a great location, and some very good staff. But management's pricing practices and response to customer concerns have changed my view of this restaurant. After years of regular patronage, I walked away feeling like the loyalty of regular customers are treated like another revenue opportunity.
