I walked in and the girl at the counter (Niaiah or something) barley looked up and didn't greet me. I greeted her instead and asked her how she was and she said "good" and nothing else didn't ask what I wanted or anything . I tried to order and she was immediately confused. She asked me nothing about if I wanted it as a combo or if I wanted it to go which I usually am asked at other places. Because of that, I was confusing her even more by telling her I wanted it to go and I didn't want it as a combo. She had to call her manager over to help her. At this point I was honestly a little embarrassed at my order and no one was making me feel better.... I kept apologizing but no one even looked at me except the employees making the order, who just looked slightly apologetic. Everyone was frowning and the environment was bleak. I don't know if she's new or what but at least have SOME customer service in you if you're going to work front. Food was great! Good job back of house. read more

Big chunks of cherries and pecans nestled in the richest hand dipped ice cream ever. It's SO worth the calories, But if you're lucky you can also get it with no sugar added as a pint to take home. The prices are also really, really, reasonable. Like, where else can you get great quality ice cream for these prices? Nowhere. This is a treat that won't break the bank. Braum's makes hand dipped ice cream in Premium, Frozen Yogurt, Light, Fat Free and Low-fat No Sugar Added Frozen Yogurt, French and Sherbet! If you skip the drive-through and go inside you can go up to the counter and also order food such as hamburgers, french fries, and chicken sandwiches. And they also have a small market with fresh pints of ice cream, dairy items eggs, and some snacks. If you can't find the flavor you want in a pint I already packed, if you go to the counter they will do it for you while you wait. A small slug was in my salad!! I am so grossed out and disgusted. DO NOT EAT HERE! Obviously they don't check their food. My salad was very wet before I noticed this. Words can't express how disgusted I am. Update - A woman named Jennifer reached out to me and offered a free meal. Pretty sad when you find something like this in your meal. Yes, it's fast food, I get that. But even fast food joints should have some service standards. Not sure why, but this Braum's location is abysmal. Irregular hours, sloppy orders, shiftless employees, drama queen manager - the works. Headquarters would be wise to pull the plug on this location as the other Springfield locations are pretty decent. read more

I also liked their food, like chicken sandwiches. It was crispy, and juicy, and had great flavor from all the ingredients on the sandwich! Overall, great food! I have gone to this Braums location on multiple occasions and always had good food and great service. That was why it was such a disappointment today to have what had to have been the absolutely worst chicken club sandwich I have ever eaten. I ordered grilled chicken and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. It had a mealy pasty feel and taste to it. It was nothing like fresh chicken. read more

Food quality at Braun's is pretty consistent from Oklahoma to Kansas to Missouri. What gets this particular Braun's 2 stars is how the operation is run. We watched orders go out to the drive through while we patiently waited. Then we watched drive thru customers come I because their orders were wrong which caused even more delays. When our food was ready they hadn't made the shakes. By the time we finally got them we were done eating. Ideal if they weren't in place of the drinks with our food. The manager appears to be struggling with either an unmotivated or simply inexperienced crew. Until they get it together I'd go somewhere else. read more

So good. It doesn't matter if you are getting ice cream or a burger and fries, they get it right. I had a bacon cheese burger with fries and the girls all had ice cream in waffle cones. We were all very happy! I got my bacon fix and they got to satisfy their sweet tooth. The service was great as it usually is with any of their stores. They were very friendly and patient with the girls who took their sweet time deciding what they wanted. The girl behind the ice cream part never broke away from her smiling, while catering to both an indecisive 3 & 4 year. My hat goes off to her! That takes a great employee. The guy who took care of me and the bill was great too. They had to make some fries so it was going to take a little longer than usual. I told him that was fine but he smiled and said, "I would be happy to put some extra bacon on your burger at no charge if you would like, sorry again about the wait". I told him he didn't have to but I wouldn't turn down extra bacon. He earned some respect at that point. The food was great! The place was very clean, including the restrooms. He brought the food to the table instead of just having me wait or come back (they were not very busy). This was a great experience and I can not recommend this store enough! I used to work at this location and the coworkers were always rude even when I would order they had an attitude especially this certain individual. They always messed up my order where I had to go back and have them fix it but then they got it wrong again so I said something again and once AGAIN they got my order wrong.. I then got frustrated and left it alone and ate my dry cheeseburger. Never again will I eat there... it's definitely the worst braums ive been to.. not to mention the Manager was always giving dirty looks.. so I don't recommend working there nor eating there read more

I went to the Braums on West Republic Road yesterday, they were understaffed but very polite and friendly and got my order out fast, one employee, Edward, made sure I had all my food in under 2 minutes and my shake! Orders taken quickly. Husband ordered chicken finger meal - but it was served at the counter without the bar-b-que sauce ordered & no fries so it was not a "meal". Staff started discussing new styrofoam cups for shakes & lids to be used. Discussion suggested just throwing the new cups & lids away & pretending they never arrived. Then "Travis" began discussing an employees performance write up in the general dining room. Store was not busy when we arrived at 1:45 pm but if they can't get an order right when they are slow how is it when they are busy. Very likely won't be back. read more

We work at the new VA on Republic Road, so after an hour drive, this Braum's is right on our way and I thought a welcome sight. Been here numerous times now, never had decent service. I'm allergic to avacadoes, and will specifically ask for no guacamole, doesn't matter, you get to the office and open a burrito, it's just filled with that nasty stuff. OR if you ask for a chipotle burrito, you'll get a regular one, NO chipotle. I'm done with this place!. That's sad too, because MY DAUGHTER USED TO MANAGE THE ONE IN AURORA. This is my first time here. It will not be the last! I had the jalapeño burger. Minus mayo and Braums sauce. It was delicious. The fries were those crinkle cut things. I'm not a fan of those. My wife had a burger and enjoyed it. She also didn't care for the fries. My son had a chicken tender kids meal he enjoyed. Plus it came with shake! My wife and I could have had shakes too but went with beverages instead. (Update 12 March 2017 prices a little higher on meals. $18 for family of 3) The place has kind of a diner ambiance. I like the feel in the place. It has a little grocery store inside as well. You can buy cartons of their ice cream and pretty much anything else. The prices were good. Slightly above Walmart on most things. WAY cheaper than a gas station. Higher end items and super convenient. Worth keeping in mind if you need some milk or anything. Directly behind Braums is a public park/playground. After lunch we walked back to the park and my photo bomber played on the equipment. Overall this place is great. Be it for a meal or to get the kid an ice cream and take him to the park after. Highly recommended! Eccept the fries lol. read more

I was taking my grandson to get Braums and as soon as we started talking to the Braums people my grandson realized that he had ice cream at home. So we told the man that we changed our mind.
