I felt like I was the recipient of a hard sell and when I didn't bite, I was made to feel uncomfortable. Perhaps I'm wrong, but the 2 week delay in the report feels vindictive.

I made an appointment with BHC, I had a hearing test and the results were not unexpected. Shayna performed the test and it was extensive and thorough. Pretest and post test she asked a lot of questions, as I said thorough. There was no upsell or salesmanship just explanation of the different products available and how they worked in different situations. i chose what seemed to be the appropriate device and it is unbelievable what a difference they make! They use your hearing test to program the hearing aids. When I got home and out of the car, I heard birds chirping for the first time in who knows how long! I hear the directional signals in the car, I just thought they did'nt make any noise! Overall I'm totally satisfied with the product and if I could give the service a higher score I would!!!!!
