She tested my hearing and set me up with a pair of hearing aids that she tweaked and adjusted to my specific needs. I sat on my back deck that night and listened to the rain for the first time in years. I no longer lose track of conversation and am able to once again enjoy nature sounds that I had not heard in years. I go back periodically for maintenance on my hearing aids and the Clarke School staff keeps them in top condition. If your hearing is failing, I cannot recommend Clarke School highly enough. Dr…read more Daniel Polosky had me do a hearing test and came to the conclusion it was not permanent it was fluid in my ear and he could do the procedure right then and there which consisted of first a camera up my nose then cutting a small hole in my eardrum to put a tube in there to drain it well halfway thru the procedure I coukd hear!!!! Now let me just say Dr. Polosky is the most nicest funniest doctor I ever had!!! He made me feel so comfortable with what he was doing by telling me ever single step he was doing and if he needed to stop if it was too much he would. I have never had such a good experience with a doctor especially while getting a uncomfortable and slightly painful procedure which was well worth it!!! Let me mention again HES VERY FUNNY!!! He said his kids would love to hear that lol thank u so much for treating patients the way u do! The place was busy and I was waiting a little while but to get to see a doctor like that was worth the wait!

You have to suggest the referral specialists to them you got from ChatGPT. Don't you think they should know what specialists to refer you to if they can't make a diagnosis? Don't waste your time and money. And navigating their phone system sucks. Its like trying to get ahold of the federal government. Very poor patient care. No compassionate, educated patient care from start to finish.​

After the actual exam, I was then told I'd receive the report within 48 hours. I finally received the report 14 days after the exam and after I had placed 2 phone calls and one email requesting it. I felt a real frostiness during my appointment once I made it clear that I was shopping around for hearing aids, and not necessarily purchasing them from this business. I felt like I was the recipient of a hard sell and when I didn't bite, I was made to feel uncomfortable. Perhaps I'm wrong, but the 2 week delay in the report feels vindictive.

They are very good about follow up, almost too good. Meaning they really do want you to be happy and hearing. I love my hearing aids. I wish I had gotten them sooner. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was until I went outside and heard all the birds for the first time in many years. My only issue bis the exorbitant price which for some reason insurance won't cover. Makes no sense at all. They will however cover you if you get hit by a car because you did not hear it. Or the depression that occurs because you can't hear well enough to have a conversation and you start to limit your social life. Go figure. But that is for our lawmakers to take care of.

She was very knowledgeable and eased my fears and was such a pleasure to work with. We chose a line of hearing aids that are so unnoticeable, no one knows I am wearing them unless I tell them. Throughout the past 6 years whenever I had any problems with my aids, all I had to do was call her and she would make time for me to come in. Luckily, she has always been able to fix any problems right there in her office while I waited. One time I was in a panic because one of my aids had stopped working. It was a weekend and I knew I could not go into work on Monday if I didn't get it fixed. I called Samina, she told me she would be leaving for vacation the next day and she was nice enough to come in on Sunday to fix my aid. SHE IS THE BEST!!! I would recommend her to anyone with hearing issues or anyone in need of hearing aids.

Not only was the exam very thorough and professional but she clearly understood how to make a child feel comfortable and understand the exam process. We were hoping to find a local audiologist to avoid another trip/medical bills from Childrens and she was one of the best specialists we have seen in a long time. I can't say enough about the quality of care we received today. 10/10
