The sessions are expensive and she does have a long waitlist. For those that can't afford her sessions or can't wait, she wrote a book with a lot of tips and on her social media she posts a lot of useful things. Unfortunately I had to end my services with her because I felt she couldn't separate her career from her personal political views. In the beginning it didn't bother me but then it was affecting my mental wellbeing. If your views didn't align with hers she would treat you differently purposely. I guess she felt her views were the only correct views. I hope one day she sees how she is alienating so many women who are sick and need help.

I like to joke that I am Seth's most difficult patient (truly... I'm probably not joking...) and yet he has stuck by my side through thick and thin leaving no stone unturned. It took some hard work and dedication on both sides but I soared through 2020! Life was great! Then in early 2021 I was facing another health challenge and when I thought the specialist would be the one to solve all the mysteries... again it was Seth and his team to the rescue. I am now back to thriving, though I have some room for improvement (don't we all). 4-5 months ago I was barely eating a handful of foods... losing weight... mentally and physically miserable every day! Now I am eating EVERYTHING I want! I know I have played a large part in my recovery but what I appreciate most is Seth and his team and their absolute devotion and unwavering positivity. I feel like I am part of a team... and I am in charge of my health If you have been debating coming on board with Seth I promise you will not regret it! He is 100% worth the investment in yourself and your future!

I've known Kelly Coffey for a while now in various contexts. Her Pleasure Principles online course is a phenomenal and fast way to eradicate the impacts of shame from your life, and just an all around great resource. She's the same as a trainer as she is in every other way that I've encountered her: Brilliant. Creative. Caring. Real. Funny. Effective. Whatever your level of excellence or shortcoming- in fitness or in life - you can show up exactly where and as you are and Coffey will meet you there and help you get to where you want to you, with zero judgement about any of it. Highly recommend!

Don't let the "froo-froo" language (how do you spell that?) of "self-care and compassion" fool you; Kelly is both straightforward and direct in her delivery, making what can seem difficult to grasp both clear AND practical. There is no disputing that the Principles she outlines are on the mark for what most of us need, and she offers all the support and encouragement to help us practice them, while modeling the practice herself. In my one-on-one session with her, she helped me breakthrough a block I was having that has helped me to move forward with the practice of the principles and get me on my way!

Health coaching: All…read moremy life I have had a problem with body weight and self image. I routinely ate too much of the wrong foods. I was unable to get a firm handle on what I could do to stop my lifelong spiral into obesity. Over the years my weight has gone steadily up. I've suffered from hypertension, colitis, high blood pressure, and the general fatigue that comes from carrying around 30-40 extra pounds. I knew I needed help. I turned to Health Coach and Mind/Body nutritionist Christie Rosen. Christie really knows what kinds of food make the human body run most efficiently. She put me on an organic diet that has worked wonders for me. I'm never hungry. I've lost a great deal of weight. I feel terrific. My blood pressure is super low. My colitis has vanished. I have all the pep in the world. Christie is an extremely pleasant and non-judgmental young woman, and very knowledgeable in her field. I would highly recommend Christie Rosen to anybody with a weight problem or to anybody who simply wants to get a handle of good nutrition. She has definitely turned my life around. Yoga Instruction: I have taken many yoga classes over the years and always came away disappointed. The classes were either boring, physically undemanding, painful, or on rare occasions potentially injurious to my body. Since my wife and so many of my friends raved about the wondrous benefits of yoga, I decided to give it one more try. Lucky for me I took a class taught by Christie Rosen. Christie was the first instructor I ever had who really taught me how to do yoga properly in a way that would let me fully experience its many benefits. Her exercises are mentally soothing as well as being physically invigorating. I come away from her classes knowing that I've had a thorough workout yet I never feel tortured or stressed. She intersperses new postures with old so her classes never get tedious or boring. She gives each of her students personal attention, varying postures and exercises based on individual flexibility and skill levels. Christie has a thorough knowledge of yoga and its underlying physiology. She is a wonderfully talented and extremely personable young woman. She has a people-oriented teaching style coupled with a relaxing demeanor and calming personality. Thanks to Christie, my overall physical condition has improved dramatically. Since starting her classes I bend lower, stretch further, balance better, and stand taller. Christie's yoga class has become the focal point of my weekly exercise routine. I will do anything to avoid missing it. I cannot praise Christie highly enough. Gary K. Wolf Creator of Roger Rabbit http://www.garywolf.com/
