I repeated myself and said, but I we have a reservation. The host says, well you can wait for a table to open up, sit on the table, but need to be done by 6:30, or you can sit at the bar, or ask the people having a meeting at the bar booth if you can sit there. We ordered wine and it wasn't warm, but hot. The bartender let us know that she pulled it out of a box outside. I asked her if she could please chill it like you chill bubbly. She said, well it might get too cold. I asked her, please chill it. She did. The people sitting at the booth got up and we asked if they were done. They said yes, and no one helped us move our wine or silverware to the booth. We order dessert. 15 minutes had gone by. The bartender asks us if we need anything. I said, just waiting on our dessert. The server says that the chef was by himself and they scrambled to get our dessert ready and finally found a torch. Why not just tell us you don't have the banana pudding. We get our dessert that is supposed to be a banana pudding with crumbled nilla wafers. They crumbled graham crackers instead. I was disappointed because I don't get out much and I had been there before, but never sat inside. I manage a dental office. I feel this is a management issue. Bea

Staff members Jen and Eric are amazing at exploring individual tastes and suggesting the perfect wine out of the extensive menu. The creation of Cork2Glass is beautiful, the space was developed to share the sense of wonder that comes with opening a wine bottle. You get to learn the story each glass is telling because every vineyard has a rich history. This is a cozy gathering spot for wine lovers without the intimidation or pretension. Everyone can enjoy a glass! Bottles are reasonably priced and there is a huge, high quality variety. However, if you feel like splurging, they have a cellar of high end wines that are a perfect gift or way to commemorate a special occasion. If the options are too overwhelming there are multiple wine flights to choose from. They also offer beer or non-alcoholic beverages if wine isn't your passion but you still want to visit. Sing us a song…read more... Went to Kalahari with a friend for the TPS annual meeting. After a long day, we decided to go to Redd's Piano Bar and Lounge for a drink and to enjoy some music. So much fun! Ordered a drink at the bar. They have mocktails that are not on the menu, so you have to ask. The hibiscus mocktail was so delicious and a deal at $4. My friend enjoyed her "grownup" hibiscus cocktail, too. So much fun to sing rounds of Piano Man, Sweet Caroline and Shout, that we came back the next day after another day of conferencing and closing down the adults only, Grotto Swim Bar, at the waterpark. Lose Yourself, the first time I've ever heard/sang a rap song at a piano bar. A great place to unwind after a long day of learning at Kalahari. We arrived at 2pm on Sunday not knowing that Google showed the incorrect hours. Fair enough since it was a holiday weekend and we should have called ahead to ask about their hours. The second time we tried to come, we tried coming on a Sunday again. We called a day before so we could double check if they would be open. They told us on the phone that they would be open. Their hours on Sundays are from 10am-2pm. We show up around 12:30pm, but they were closed again even though their sign said they close at 2pm on Sundays.
