Stayed in a Mobile home rental at Branson's Resort for 3 nights to enjoy the parker river tube float. Easy to find, location is right on the river, air conditioner worked and covered parking stall. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the internet wireless connection password was not listed and the television was not connected for the first night. Our church did our 1st Women's Retreat at Branson Resort. It was all we needed rooms for nearly 50 Women. The rec room had a freezer, and refrigerators enough for warming the meal pre-made. Coming from Colorado River it was nice to open the door to see grass,and the river. The rooms weren't extravagant but had everything we needed. A/c,tv,kitchen. Coffee maker, shower. Beds are very comfortable. The cleaning staff were so kind to bring some clothes one of my roommates left in our room after we checked out. I was happy with the Resort. read more

7 month stay, Bransons Resort is clean and well maintained, hotel was all updated and our friends love staying here when they visit. We haven't used it yet, but the new docs that you can rent out while you stay here are a plus. They have a laundry room, gym (not all gym machines work) rec. room BBQ's everywhere. If you enjoy having no AC and being uncomfortably hot during your hotel stays then this is exactly the place for you! Double whammy: if you enjoy not being accommodated for said issues with your room and being gaslit into thinking YOU are the problem - you'll enjoy it even more! It's like a slow burning toxic relationship. (One you know you'll NEVER go back to) I whole heartedly would not recommend this place. Mostly for the amenities that are very lackluster and for how you're treated as a guest. Hospitality isn't a speciality here at Branson's but maybe we'll get there one day - maybe my kids will be able to see it, or my grandchildren. I'll stay hopeful for them. read more

The location is great. The grounds have recently been upgraded and are very clean. Sometimes things are not working or not kept up in the rooms (almost no water pressure in our sink last time and we didn't have pots, pans, or spoons in the kitchen). Checked into a mobile unit (on time) for the week and to our surprise... it was left a mess from the previous clients. Cleaning team hadn't been in to turn over the unit, yet they allowed us to check in. As soon as we walked in the unit smelled like mold and funk, the bedding hadnt been changed and just balled up on top of the beds, bathrooms with towels on the floor, crumbs and left overs on top of the kitchen table and a dirty towel in the kitchen sink. When we complained to the front desk, they didn't even offer to take anything off the cost for the inconvenience. We couldn't unload our truck into the unit so that our belongings aren't in the way of the clean up crew . We had to take everything in the heat to the river to allow them time to clean up. Extremely disappointed this year. Normally the units are pristine, but someone dropped the ball this time and the customer service follow through was absolutely sub par. read more

My family and I have come to Branson's at least once a year the last 3 years since my son was born. We use to tent camp at La Paz county park till I had a new born and that was no longer comfortable. We have stayed in the motel rooms. some nicer than others when we did but it got the job done a shower and a bed to sleep in. Last year we had the pleasure of renting a Mobile home that was BEAUTIFUL, clean and so spacious. More family decided to join in on our yearly river trip so this year we have two mobile homes reserved and we are extremely excited. Branson's has not disappointed us. our family will continue to return yearly. read more

I think we found our new place. We usually stay at the Bluewater Casino but since they are still not fully open, due to Covid, we decided to try Branson's. We ended up renting the 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home for 5 nights as well as a boat dock. The prices were affordable, more so than an Airbnb. The house was clean and good size for us. No pets allowed in this place so no poop to have to worry about stepping in. Very family friendly, quiet park. We were nosey and asked to check out the 3 bedroom, 2 bath trailer and the motel rooms with kitchenette. I have to say, I think staying in the motel with a bunch of friends would be awesome. There is an amazing grass horseshoe shaped yard with BBQ grills, horseshoe pit and volleyball court. It would be a great place to hang out after a day on the water. There is a nice beach area and also an area with fake turf with palapa's and lounge chairs available. We loved our stay here and can't wait to go back! read more

Great place. Stayed in one of the park models. IF YOU WANT WIFI, or internet THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!! LTE and 4 G are spotty at best and only down by the water. What I wouldn't give for some decent internet!! I would pay an extra $10 per night if they would offer better internet. Other than that it's a good place. Branson resort is an old-school motel on the Colorado River. It is very comfortable and has nice little kitchenette good beds and barbecues out front. I highly recommend this nice little hotel. Please don't change a thing. I love it here. See you soon. read more

Kinda breaks my heart leaving 3 stars. Last 2 visits were 4 or 5 stars. This year? 3. Nothing wrong with our rental besides the bed. Bed has to be 20 years old. Spring mattress which was loud and way too firm. But the place was nice. Big living room and kitchen. Tons of stuff to use to cook. Small propane bbq. Service is always good. My issue had to do with the docks. Not the new aluminum docks, the old wooden ones with Rusty busted pipe sticking out of the dock and limited places to tie off. Told the guy at the front desk that the dock he gave me, #10, was in bad shape with that metal pipe sticking out. I asked to be able to use one of the newer docks but none were available until the next day. He said I could tie off in the middle of both docks. Fair enough, if I had that much rope or if there were ample spots to tie off in the dock. I ended up putting 3 buoys out and 3 lines. Came back an hour later to my boat, it was damaged on the side I tied off on. Chunks missing from the boat. Those rusted poles tore it apart. Bottom line, they should not be renting these docks out. Was bummed. Ruined my trip. Insurance claim will cover it but not the point. He should of at least come out and taken a look at it with me. Not saying I won't be back but this sucked. Great Location and lots of nice friendly people here. We stayed in the A5 Bungalow Tiny Home. It is an end unit in the second row and you can can see the river ever so slightly and your less than 100 feet to the water with a great little beach and boat docks. The A/C blows ice cold and this unit is nicely decorated with all new furniture. The Golf Course is right across the street, and it's near Pirates Den, Strokes, and the Roadrunner Floating Bar. We have the room home from 2pm to 9ish to cool off before sharing our concerns. The room with the second only working very small wall unit was the only room that was below 90 degrees some did close it off in order to be able to sleep. Once you opened the door the room would go up to 90 just like the rest of the home. The owner son or so he claims and the person who responded to my review promised that he would put us up in another place the second night if he couldnt get it fixed instead he did not such thing. instead when I asked for a discounted on second night they refused and yelled at me. This place is a dump the people there are rude and they lie about wifi tv and ac. Sorry folks but I can't let people stay here without a warming. Look at all the other bad reviews!!! read more

Looking for a great spot on the river, this place is worth it. Don't expect a 5 star hotel or get fooled by "resort" in the name. There are riverfront houses with boat docks and bungalows in the back. The riverfront homes were nice, they had a nice area in the front to chill with a big group of people and watch boats and jet skis to go by. They also had a bbq grill. The homes are air conditioned and bathrooms are stocked with towels and such. The beds were ok, not the most comfy but it did the trick. The kitchen wasn't that stocked up with supplies in our main room, but the bungalow in the back had everything we needed. We had 2 rooms so we were able to share stuff. There is a Walmart not too far off, so you can go buy everything you need for the time you are staying there. They do have wifi, but it didn't reach out waterfront home, but the bungalow had access. Phone reception is terrible there, so this place needs to work on getting wifi access everywhere and no just the area closest to the front desk unit. read more

The setting for this resort was absolutely gorgeous. Right on the banks of the Colorado River. The motel rooms are in a semicircle around a lawn with shade trees with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery along with horseshoes, corn hole games, bbqs and tables for dining al fresco. BUT, this resort is past it's prime. The grounds are a hodgepodge of rental units, motel rooms, RV hookups for transient and longer term rentals. It is a patchwork of rental opportunities. There is no pool - just the river. They do offer slips for boats. WiFi was laughable and forget about cell service - non-existent inside the rental unit and only one bar when we walked outside. Depending on the source (website or reservation confirmation) this resort was founded in 1946 or 1966. Either way, that's a long time ago and the place shows it. The rooms are shabby. Paint was chipping from the walls. The air conditioner was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. There were not curtains on the windows, save the bathroom (one of which was on backwards), just tattered shades. Furniture was very worn out looking - looked like it had come from Goodwill or a pile of discards on the street. The unit had a kitchenette (two knobs were missing from the stove) but there were no utensils or pans - we were informed about that when we made our reservation. Granted, the room was clean and towels were fluffy but I expect more for $117 per night! Attention to detail is not a strong suit of this resort. If you are planning to travel to this area and do not need an RV hookup you might want to consider Blue Water Casino and Resort. Mid-week room rental rates were less than Branson's and rooms are new. Granted there are no kitchenette rooms (plenty of in-house restaurants though) but there is a three story pool with a waterslide. Could have used that in the 110 degree weather. Also there is a marina. Next time I am going to Blue Water Casino and Resort just seven miles from Branson's. read more

This place has been here since at LEAST the 40's. I spent my winters here with the grandparents as a kid, learned how to fish at the old marina, and spent many nights under the stars. People are kind, there is NOTHING fancy here. If you need to feel important, stay at the casino. If you want to live with nice folks in your retirement, this is the place. Bernice and Edna Taylor lived here every winter through the 50's, 60's and 70's, and I got to see this place in a different set of eyes each decade. Got some kids, want some nice older folks around and know how to follow the rules? You will love it here. read more

Highly recommended! Great service from this location. Called early this morning to see if they had any jet skies for rent and spoke with Rose. Said she would have one ready for me right away. Got to the location and this is where Randy took over, went through the contract and within minutes I was out on the water. Just wanted to give them a shout out as they are more professional then the other spots I have used here in parker az. Price was even better as today was the 4th and a few spots wanted more and did not have any ready at that moment. Thanks Randy and Rose! See you guys on the next trip. read more

This place is super-duper sweet, has lots of character and is riverfront. Super cute, built in the 70's I'd guess and serves it's purpose. We headed out for the 35th Annual Parker Float and the motel (shaped as a 1/2 circle facing the river) is on the same grounds as a mobile park. It was much quieter than I expected (not a bad thing), since it was the weekend of the float. It has 20 rooms and they have BBQ's plus small kitchens, including a full fridge, so bring those 36 packs of CL Smooth. The room we stayed in was quite clean, had 2 beds, a dresser, TV, couch, kitchen, stand up shower and two entrance doors (one on each side of the unit). The common area in front of the room/s had a volley ball net/court, horseshoe pit and shaded areas by the docks. You can rent boats/jet-ski's/water toys on-site and reserve docks. There isn't a general store but there's a vending machine. You can walk to a restaurant/bar - can't remember the name, but it's super close - to the left as you walk out of the park. The Road Runner is near but not really walking distance. I accidently left my computer in a drawer when we left - the woman who runs the park, Debbie, called to let me know and asked her son who was heading my way to help out and meet me. It was a work computer and they saved us at least 30-45 minutes and she was super nice and helpful, as was her son. I'll be back for sure and can't wait until then. This place is a dump. The 2 bedroom mobile home was straight out of the 70's. Water smelled like the sewer. Had to use bottled water for everything. Kitchen included, but no pots or pans. Ugly and falling apart. Boat slip we paid for was a joke. After 2 days of us being there, they assigned the same slip to someone else (even thought there was like 8 still available). People were in it when we got back from the river, and instead of the office telling them to move, they told us to move. The dock is about 5 feet higher than the water level and really difficult to use. No cell phone service and the wi fi we were told was there wouldn't connect at all. No dogs allowed. Super pricey for the ugliest place we have ever stayed. The only good thing was the fact the AC worked pretty darn good. We will NEVER go back read more

I'm pretty sure this was the place that we loved. The only con was the boat dock which was worn and dilapidated. But....they are supposed to be building a new one! That was the only drawback. The rooms are nothing fancy but just what we look for when we plan a trip to the river. Cold a/c, full kitchen, and an awesome grassy area with corn hole and bbq's. i liked how some of the staff for some reason think they're better than you. that was fun. lumpy bed in a stinky bedroom was good. the funnest part, the dufus in his golf cart that thinks he's the man for some reason. just a bitter racist guy. yeah if you don't look like you're from there, they are not gonna like you...but they will take your money with a smile. it just really turned me off to arizona, think i'll stay in Cali where things are better and nicer. read more

Stopped in 3 times everything seemed fine just waiting for an spot to open up. I was excited about moving in. All of a sudden they say no RVs over ten years old. I showed them pictures. My trailer is clean, no rust, stripes aren't faded and there are may older units than mine. This isn't a 4 star resort but I liked the casual feel and location. 30% of the park RVs are in worse shape than mine. If they limit it to ten year or less RVs 90% will have to leave. Great place to stay! Branson's is a riverfront location close to all the hot spots. Branson's is currently working on many upgrades and amenities of the park and has a very friendly staff. Multiple stays at Branson's in motel rooms over the years. Great river location, clean, good value. Has a Thursday Throwback nature about it and if you get that kind of style and time you'll love it, if not, stay at the Casino commercial hotel down the road.
