I was given the referral to Branson Hot Tubs & Pools(BHT&P), and boy, am I glad I called them. After arranging pick up with seller & (BHT&P) They showed up in force with six incredible and knowledgeable men: Andy, Brent, Tyler, Trey, Jacob, Aaron and Bryan, plus some unique equipment, especially designed for moving Hot Tubs! They even had a sled to move it across the snow and ice driveway. In less than two hours, it was moved flawlessly and placed exactly where my wife and I wanted it. Truly professional!!! Purchased new "FreeFlow Spa" from Branson Hot Tubs (BHT) in Feb. of 25. It was delivered and installed on Mar 31st, 2025. On 06/23/25 I lifted the cover and found rust stains coming from the mounted components on the interior of the spa. See pics... I contacted BHT and showed them the issues that same day. They have not offered to even come out and look at the issues or try to fix and or clean them up. I know it's only been a few days but I expected a bit more customer service... guess thats just a pipe dream. Bottem line, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FREEFLOW SPAs. read more

We were looking to purchase a used small hot tub for the health benefits and relaxation! Also thought it would be great for our grandson to dip in to cool off in the heat of Summer when he visits. We were called by the folks at Branson Hot Tubs & Pools and informed that one had become available and went to take a look at it. Although a bit over 10 years old it seemed in relatively good shape and we agreed to purchase it. It needed a leak fixed and about a week and a half later we had it delivered to our home. The installers Melvin and Tyler helped us get it in place on our back porch, filled it up and added the starter chemicals. Unfortunately the first snow storm of the year brought subzero temperatures so it still hasn't reached ( even close) to operating temperature levels as yet- but will eventually we hope. (The tub could use a new cover to retain heat as it's not in great shape but it was used) and the waterfall feature needs a switch replaced which the company offered to replace. I have been trying to write a review on Branson Hot Tubes and Pools for forever. So here it is. I have been using their service for 3-4 years, they close and open the pool every year, help me keep it clean and over all educate me on how to make it easier. I'm not young and I get in the pool just a few times each year but my friends enjoy it and that makes it worth while. Not to insult anyone in particular but the best help I have had so far is from Andy. He can tackle any problem with ease. He has helped me with mistakes I've made, like spraying RoundUp too close to the pool and ending up with algae. He is kind and generous with his time and knowledge, last but not least, they always close the gate during and after they leave. I have a service dog and I like him to be friendly, which he is but he likes people too much and thinks he should get in the truck or follow it out the gate. Now for a not so good thing. I have yet to be able to post this review on their site. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and my attention spans isn't as great as it used to be to be, and using your cheat card you hand out without instructions doesn't help, sorry. Even with this little hiccup, I think they are great. read more

I always get my chemicals here but recently had a leakage issue with my hot tub. They were awesome and found the issue right away. Then came back the next day with the needed part and took care of everything. Very friendly and knowledgeable and will always return when the need is there. read more

Purchasing,installation and delivery was great they even got a crain to lift it up some 75 feet to my deck, i never had a hot tub before so they explained the maintenance to me it seemed like it would be difficult but it wasn't when i first got it i just took a bottle of the tub water and they tested it for me so i could adjust the chemicals properly it's a nice business with friendly helpful people read more

*Update - called again and spoke with the owner, who told me all of this was a mix-up, and he would personally take care of it, and keep in touch. I will change my review when I see if it's true this time. The hot tub is great, but the customer service is the worst. They broke the front panel on installation August 18, 2016. No problem, they said they would order a new one right away. They also came without the correct hookup for the electric into the tub. It still works, but the connection is open to the elements. Since I live a couple of hours from them, I said it would be fine to bring the correct connection when they brought the replacement panel. They said it would be a couple of weeks. It has now been over FOUR MONTHS, and nothing! I have called, talked to the owner's son, etc. I get the same "we will check into it and call you back." every time, and they NEVER call back. I just called again yesterday, and was told I would get a call back within an hour; that was 25 hours ago. The customer service is great until you buy the tub, then it's non-existent. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company selling such an expensive product. This thing cost as much as a small car, and you bet the car dealer would take care of any problems. Avoid them if you want any service after purchase. Useless. read more

Glenda and her staff provided my wife and I superb expertise both in the choosing of our Hot Springs spa as well as the delivery, setup, and carefree maintenance. After I went the route of purchasing a Chinese made hot tub from an online dealer, experienced leaks, extremely high electric bills, hornets by the thousands building nests, I swore to my wife we'd never get another hot tub. I used the term, "the devil has to have invented hot tubs". But after learning about the superior craftsmanship and engineering of the Hot Springs, as well as the proven track record of durability, still skeptical, I conceded a year ago, had the Chinese one hauled to the dump, replacing it with a brand new Envoy Hot Springs and we've loved the carefree hours ever since. Crystal clear water, electric bills miniscule increase, zero hornets, no cabinet falling apart, no leaks, no green water - daily use and loving it! The wireless remote is amazing too! 5 Stars.
