Absolute SUPERB company! We had a very difficult situation with our a/c units and water heater in our condo. It still had the original ANCIENT units which were squeezed tightly into this very tiny utility closet, which if you would have seen this set up, it might have sent you running, screaming in the opposite direction, but Jerry and his guys took our challenge head on and boy did they shine! Now don't get me wrong, we did our research, went received numerous quotes from different companies in the area... Some were a slightly cheaper (and I do mean slightly) than Jerry's.... HOWEVER, once again we did our research and looking at the products that he offered (Bryant for A/C and Bradford for water heater) we new they were offering top of the line units at a fraction of the cost that other competitors (cough cough AirServ) were offering basic brand units for an extortionate amount! If that didn't convince me enough, his demeanor when we had our first quote/meeting won me over! He was respectful, polite, and didn't rush in give me a quote and rush off. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of exactly what he would do and how. There was no question I could ask that was too insignificant... He didn't seem like he was "just trying to make a sale" and call me old fashioned, but honesty and sincerity go a LONG way in my book! When it came time for the job, the team showed up promptly and worked efficiently all day long to get the job done, which may I remind you it was one heck of a job to do. They even loved on my little furbaby that was eagerly awaiting them to pet her and say hi! Another thing I actually loved that some may shy away from, was that he had young apprentices in there learning from him and helping him. Jerry and his employee Travis were obviously the veterans, but the other two young gentlemen were right in there trying to learn from the best and I feel like that is one thing our world is lacking today. So many people are quick to go on Youtube and "learn" the trade and call themselves professionals.... but these boys were getting real-life experience under someone that was willing to take the time to train them and make them a better employee and craftsman. Again call me old-fashioned, but experience and teaching from our elders is THE BEST way to learn. I truly cannot say enough about Jerry's! I had Jerry's Heating and Cooling check my furnace shortly after we purchased our condo in January. They recommended that we move the thermostat because it was originally under the vent which prevented it from working properly. They were even kind enough to install our new WiFi thermostat that we purchased. About a month ago, we were going to have a hot water heater installed but were informed that we had to have someone come out to remove the air handler in order for the installer to remove the hot water heater due to the small space. Having used Jerry's Heating and Cooling in the past, I immediately called Jerry to see if he would be able to come out and take care of that so we could schedule the installation. Jerry informed me that they install hot water heaters and asked if he could come out and put in a bid. The price difference was so minimal, I went ahead and set him up right away to get the installation on the calendar. They just completed the install yesterday. Travis went above and beyond and we could not be happier with the service we received. Jerry even stopped by during the installation to check in. He has always been very helpful so great to work with. We are planning on renting our condo when we are not using it and have informed the rental management company that we only want Jerry's Heating and Cooling to service our HVAC and hot water heater. read more

My HVAC wasn't functioning properly for a few of days. I called Jerry's Heating & Cooling. Jerry came out the same day to evaluate the problem. The return air circuit board was fried, wires were burnt up and causing arching inside the unit. A major fire hazard! Jerry gave me options without pressure. I chose to replace the unit as it was 16 years old. He placed the order for the unit and it was delivered the next day. He came out with his team the morning of the installation to make sure everything was in order. His teem started right away removing the old unit and installing the new one. These guys were amazing. Upon completion, Jerry returned that afternoon to inspect the job. These people are very experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy and prompt. Very professional and on time. Jerry fixed the problem and never tried to sell me on anything. He was on time when he said he would be here and took the time to explain what the issue was. I asked if they did seasonal inspections and was happy to find out they do. I could do yearly or twice a year depending on what you want, and will replace my filters for me so I never have to deal with that again.
