Some of the negative reviews kinda boggle the mind with the price changed from the estimate. As someone who grew in the auto business as a shop girl for my dad's place, there are normally always unforeseen repairs needed that can't be seen at the time of an estimate till the car is actually torn apart for repair. The staff at Barrys def love what they do and have pride in their work, and it shows.

This shop has gone above and beyond to provide me with top-notch service - from start to finish, my experience was nothing short of convenient, efficient, and affordable. Sarah called to provide me with a detailed explanation of additional work needed as well as an estimated cost before proceeding. All repairs were completed in a timely manner, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. What impressed me the most was the incredibly affordable prices. I have used several auto repair shops in the past and none compared to the reasonable prices I paid here. They were upfront about the costs, and there were no hidden fees or surprise charges which was a relief. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was provided with exceptional customer service, expert knowledge, and an affordable price. I highly recommend DevoughWerks to anyone looking for high-quality and affordable auto repairs.

There I met sales rep Alan Guido and asked him to show me the car which he did. The car was great, Alan was very professional in pointing out all the options and why this was a quality vehicle. There was no pressure from Alan, just trying to make sure that my needs would be met with this vehicle. The vehicle was priced very reasonably as was my trade-in allowance. Rachel Strunk handled the financing very quickly and efficiently and knew and explained all the financing and warranty options available to me. While I knew what I was looking for in the vehicle I was to purchase, the entire time I spent in the purchase and paperwork of this car was just at two hours when I drove off the lot. This was the easiest and satisfying car buying experience I have ever experienced. My experience, in addition to the fact that all state inspections, as well as every 4th oil change are free, are the reasons I highly recommend Eisenhauer Nissan when you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have heard their radio ads for a long time and drove onto the lot. Salesman Jim was in the lot and smiled and waved. He didn't rush us as most dealers do. He came over and asked what I was looking for and pointed our two options. I immediately loved the one. I asked for the lowest price and what they offered was fair and a great deal. Everyone in the process was laid back, honest and amazing. They couldn't have been nicer. John was outside washing cars.
