However, I really needed bras and decided to give them a second chance today. When I walked in, again no greeting! I made eye contact with one of the employees (different employee than yesterday) several times, but still nothing. I decided to look around as they were having a spectacular sale and I couldn't let an unwelcome attitude stop me from getting what I needed. While browsing, I came across another employee (manager ) and still no greeting. I was still determined to get what I came in for. After a while, I felt like I could spend my money elsewhere (where I feel welcomed) and was headed out the door when the manager approached me and asked if I needed help? This may sound like I'm being a diva, but this basic customer service. Greet your customers and make them feel welcome! After expressing my experience and frustrations to the manager, she went out of her way to make today's experience a pleasant one. I truly appreciate it and was able to find some great items at a wonderful price. I even got shoes for $8. I'm glad my experience was turned around and I plan to return again soon.

If you don't want your child exposed to profanity and obscenities, do not go inside. ADVICE TO THE STORE OWNER: Please post a warning sign outside the store so that customers are aware ahead of time. I really do not appreciate the experience we had in the store and I have no idea why these types of profanities need to be sewn into pillows, etc. that you are selling in your store.

Instead of the traditional long, continuous aisles, the beauty department is now set up with cute little "nooks." I only explored the makeup, skincare, hair care, and deodorant sections this time, but it felt like walking through a fun, mini maze. The new layout is much brighter, and the products are displayed right at eye level, which makes browsing super easy. Plus, I was happy to find the exact deodorant I was looking for! My only minor complaint--as always with Target--is wondering why there are so many checkout lanes built into the store when only a couple are ever open. Other than the usual wait at checkout, the remodel is a great upgrade!

What's better than a Polo Ralph Lauren Boutique? How about a Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store,…read morewhere you can get you favorite Polo items at discounted prices?!! I was really impressed by this store. It had all the luxury of their boutique stores, perhaps even a better selection than the boutique stores, at great prices. I am a fan of the classic Polo Ralph Lauren styles and colors, and there is plenty of that to choose from in this store. They also have the newer designs as well, all in men's, women's, and children's sizes. The other thing this factory store delivers on is that classic Service you become accustomed to at a Polo Ralph Lauren Boutique store. The staff here is friendly and helpful and can help you find sizes and fits as you need. Great experience, I probably spent a little too much, but oh well, I am happy and I think my new clothes look great...thanks Ralph!

"we have a system to check sizes" she said..........no duh, LITERALLY NO DUH who doesn't, it was rude and disrespectful, and as someone who demonstrates genuine positive energy and a collected manner to everyone it was insulting and as someone who works in RETAIL administration it was exactly what stores, leaders or associates, should not be doing in a retail field... and my receipt states my salesperson was A'jon?! That was a lie, a full on lie on my receipt, I was not helped by anyone, otherwise I would of had some idea of what was going on inside that mess of a store, I had no desire to purchase anything that night after trying on but felt so incredibly pressured I purchased one item a flannel, that I was absolutely in love with when I first saw it online, and now I want to return, and will never step into your store again and will make sure others around me or on my media don't neither ...and yes I was the one wearing the vintage hoodie on dec/7 with the fur line, just so you know who I am, the store is is an absolute disaster and as a retail personnel myself your store needs to evaluate its customer service and the African American manager who nearly threw a shirt at me walking to the Oxford section was shocking. What if I was a secret visitor? Or exect? Or your family? Learn how to treat customers of any skin color and sex orientation correctly and yes, my message will relay to others, because no one with the basic idea of simple inclusion, equality, and respect will step in your stores again. It was disgusting behavior the way I was treated, that's not how large businesses should be running. Please never treat a customer like that ever again especially since I am someone who deals with extremely severe anxiety I felt like I was going to pass out in there it was a terrifying feeling honestly, I was so uncomfortable and it belittled me, I quite literally started sweating SO bad, I was so embarrassed and I did NOTHING, I did not steal, I did not say anything rude or bother anyone, I simply walked in the store with the intention to simply shop. Coach and evaluate your team on simple customer service!!! And I also heard several workers cursing on the floor... so there's that, you guys are terrible people.
