My wife and I just closed on our new condo on 3/31 and we couldn't be happier -- not just with our home, but with the entire experience. Things really picked up in early 2026, and through it all, they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive -- no matter the time of day or night. As first-time buyers, we had a mountain of questions, worries, and anxieties, but Bryan and Christina genuinely held our hands every step of the way. From casually browsing homes to submitting our first offer, all the way through a fast-paced 21-day escrow -- they made every stage feel manageable. They also connected us with amazing partners, including Nick Nagy for our loan (highly recommend him too!) and a fantastic escrow officer. At the time I was getting ready to sell my house close by, so I wanted to see how the market was. The Open House experience was superb.
