I had the pleasure of working with Daniel as a buyer. He assisted me during the process of purchasing my first home. By the time I was referred to Daniel, I had already been through 3 other realtors. I had received poor guidance and what I felt was a lack of coordination and urgency. This was extremely important, especially since I purchased during the height of the pandemic. During this time, open houses were not allowed, and appointments were required in order to see the homes that I was interested. Therefore, if an appointment could not be made before the slots were filled, then you just could not see that home. To add additional complexity to my situation, I was living/working in the Bay area at the time. Therefore, I was only able to tour homes on the weekends. I was flying down every weekend during my home search. This also meant that my time was limited and very valuable. I needed to make the most out of the time that I had and see as many homes as possible while I was in town. I was immediately impressed during my very first encounter with him. I had been trying to schedule to see a list of houses with my previous realtor but was given the run around and/or told that appointments were not available. Within an hour of providing the list to Daniel, he had not only secured the appointments, but created a logistic timeline and route for us to follow to make all the appointments. The customer service only increased from there. Unlike other realtors I had encountered while touring homes, Daniel was just professionally for every showing. He spoke knowledgeably, eloquently, and was endearing to the homeowners and agents of the sellers. In fact, ultimately this is what won over the owner of the home that I ended up purchasing. She and her agent were very impressed with Daniel and rightfully so. Honestly, if it had not been for Daniel, I would have taken my savings and gone on a vacation to recover from the emotional and mental anguish from the home buying process. During the pandemic you had to not only compete for an appointment to view the home, but then contend with up to 30 offers for one property, cash offers and sellers willing to remove nearly all the contingencies. Thankfully he was very patient with me, provided education on the process and what would be the best offer each property. Most importantly, he was extremely encouraging when my offers were rejected. Buying your first home is a huge milestone, but it can also be a very emotionally and mentally exhausting process. I'm very grateful for Daniel working with me during this process until I was able to secure a home that I love! I highly recommend him with no reservations. You will not be disappointed. Whether buying or selling, I'm confident that Daniel will get you the home of your dreams! read more
