I walked in with a few pictures and rough measurements, found a remnant that was perfect and was given an initial estimate of less than half what I'd been quoted at another store. Jake sent me an invoice an hour later with the final price and a turnaround time of only two weeks. Ten days later my furniture was delivered and it is better than when it was new! The workmanship is amazing, the exposed wood legs look fabulous, and it feels wonderful. Trust is my forever go to place now when I need something reupholstered!

Lisa is very skilled and knowledgable as she offered to make arm covers with the new upholstery. However, through research and trying new sofas that offer higher seating, I decided it would be best to go with an option where I would sit higher, making it easier to stand back up after sitting for a while - that's not as easy as it used to be at my age now. We requested that the antique couch and chair, whose bottom was beginning to fall out, be repaired…read more After receiving a fair quote London picked up the furniture then proceeded to tell me more work would be required and the cost would be more. We refused to pay this additional cost and asked that our furniture be returned. After months of promising to return it he surprised us be saying the repairs had been made. Upon returning the furniture, almost a year later he proceeded to tell us he would not recommend sitting in the furniture because it may not hold. I told him if I had known this I would not have had him do any of the work, which I also told him not to do. After i complained he changed his tune to say it would be okay to sit in. I am completely disappointed with this whole event and certainly will not be using him again.
