I called because I wanted to save the owner--my client-- time as well as money, and they had been told by another agent that they would have to pay for entirely new carpets in the unit before it would be considered "rentable." I advised them that a good deep cleaning would probably be just as effective for a fraction of the cost, but they wanted to move quickly and I needed Stephenson & Son to move quickly, too. I called in the afternoon and asked if they could help short notice for a quick turn around for my clients. Sure enough a nice guy named Teddy came out to the property the next day and steam cleaned the two bedrooms for $80.00. He was very professional and did an excellent job. The carpets (which were pretty grungy after the last tenants moved out) looked brand new. The lowest quote the owners had received to replace the carpets was $650, and so the savings was huge. The only tiny, tiny gripe I had with the process was that I wasn't told in advance that I would need access to a hose or spigot for their machine to hook up to in order to get the most effective and powerful cleaning. In the middle of winter the hoses were all shut off, so initially I thought it would be a problem, but Teddy devised a solution: pull the washing machine out from the wall and temporarily hook up the carpet cleaner to that water supply. An excellent out of the box solution that brought excellent results. I strongly recommend Stephenson for quick, thorough and professional carpet cleaning.

He responded quickly and asked if we wanted the carpets cleaned on the same day. I said it was up to him and he said sure. The quoted price was very affordable, for the job he did he should have charged more! When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair. He worked non-stop and when he was finished the stairs were all the same color, the rest of the second floor looked spectacular and most importantly and a completely surprising the ground floor room carpeting looked great - WOW, I am not sure how he did it but we are completely satisfied.
