Their website featured several arrangements, but I wanted to make sure that what I ordered was actually going to look like what I was seeing online. I called the shop and spoke to Eugene, who was very friendly and patient while helping me choose something. I admit I was a bit frazzled and emotional, so I really appreciated his guidance. Not once did I feel rushed. The flowers arrived today, and I was told they were absolutely beautiful. What a relief! I mean, sometimes you send flowers, and it doesn't even look at all like what you're promised. I'd definitely recommend this shop.

As far as ordering goes, the site itself was simple and intuitive. I was worried about the gallery photos because I wasn't sure if the flowers would resemble the same size (the worst feeling is ordering a bunch of flowers and then finding out the flowers are way smaller than how they were depicted). The checkout flow was super simple and the UX was purely functional. I was able to add an included message to my gf and also included a message to the shop owner (kindly requested the flowers be delivered around 7 pm even though there was a disclaimer on the site home page saying they could not do scheduled deliveries on v day due to the sheer number of orders). To my surprise, they delivered the flowers around 7:15 pm which was perfect. Great customer service! P.S. I made a call to the shop around 7 pm on v day just to see if the flowers were on their way. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly, asked for the recipient's name and the specific order item(s). She then told me that the flowers were already on their way. When I walked in, a doorbell chime went off and a staff member was quickly out to help me. I told her about my situation and she asked a lot of good questions like who the bouquet was for, what was their relation, if they had favourite colours or flowers, to help narrow down what the ideal arrangement would be. Next, she asked for my budget. Once I decided on an amount, I was rung up ahead of time. It is a little spooky to pay ahead of time without an idea of what you're getting but I was sort of in a pinch without any other options. She let me know that they'd need about 30-45 minutes to pick something up and that she'd give me a call when they were ready. They were done in about 40 minutes sand I received the call to come by. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! The front room has a refrigerated case with some flowers but I don't think that is there entire inventory because there was a huge variety of stems in my bouquet than I saw displayed. I can't describe how pretty it was with the assortment of lilies, roses, and greens that were in there. I was there for the unpacking of the flowers and the wrapping was expertly done. There were several layers of paper and they were matching with the flowers and very high quality with a nice texture. The flowers were really packed in water so they didn't wilt on their 3 hour journey around the GTA. They were also trimmed so there was nothing to do except put them in a vase and sit back to admire them!

I ordered an expensive upgraded arrangement and their Luxe largest upgrade option, and requested that it resemble the photo. What was delivered was a small unimpressive (poor quality) bouquet that looked nothing like what I ordered. The flower selection was cheap, and the overall quality was far below what I expected for the price. On top of this, within 24 hours the cheap flowers were wilting. I had high hopes based on their reviews, but this was a major letdown. Unless this was an isolated incident, I'm left wondering if their high ratings are fake.
