Arrived at the Funeral home from Saturday 11-1pm and my flowers were no where to be seen at this funeral. Called Damask Rose at 11:30am on Saturday from the Funeral Director's office and was told that the flowers would be finished for 1:00pm. I cancelled the order of the elaborate display and asked them to bring over a vase of roses so my family had some flowers and representation at the funeral. Nothing arrived while I was in the funeral home from 11-1pm. We picked the florist as they claimed to be "Funeral Flowers Specialists" on their website and they were 1/2 KM away from the Funeral home. In my opinion perhaps even a scam as I live out of town and I would never even of known that my flowers were missing if I had not attended the proceedings. Shame, shame, shame to prey on the grieving. I am mortified. So unprofessional and unacceptable.

I ordered an expensive upgraded arrangement and their Luxe largest upgrade option, and requested that it resemble the photo. What was delivered was a small unimpressive (poor quality) bouquet that looked nothing like what I ordered. The flower selection was cheap, and the overall quality was far below what I expected for the price. On top of this, within 24 hours the cheap flowers were wilting. I had high hopes based on their reviews, but this was a major letdown. Unless this was an isolated incident, I'm left wondering if their high ratings are fake.
