Braman has really so many fantastic brands and they're super convenient too which makes this place easy to get to and the place to shop. 2 months ago, I had the utmost pleasure of leasing a 2019 Mini Countryman S and the complete experience was totally enjoyable at this dealership. If you've never driven a Mini, it's a great everyday vehicle with ample room and sufficient power for most anything you need; the size allows you to fit in tight spaces and the mileage isn't bad at around 33mpg. Last month, we needed another small SUV and decided to look into the BMW X Line and found a nice white X1 that also serves the purpose of an every day commuter to school and work. This particular vehicle is based on the same chassis as the Countryman but the engine, both being a twin turbo, puts out a higher output than the Countyman S at 228 compared to 189 respectively. That's almost 40 more which is insane! TBH...the Mini feels just as fast as the BMW, maybe even faster but that's probably since the BMW is smoother. They didn't have the exact car we were looking for, being a no miles brand new car but they had a loaner with 1200 miles that was untitled and is considered new that they offered at a fair price. We weren't charged the extra miles either so that's expected. The complete process was quite fast, from finding the car, to negotiating a fair price, to going through the finance department, it took a couple hours but that's due to prepping the car and doing all the paperwork. The manager's name which escapes me, was very friendly, was able to meet our payment criteria; in case you're looking for a Bimmer, I'd stop by here first before any other place. read more

My first time going to Braman. Needless to say, it may be the last. Firstly, work that should've been done in a day took two business days. I stress business days because I went in on a Saturday but my car wasn't ready until Monday. I was offered and accepted a loaner. When I picked up my car, it was chaotic. I didn't know where to bring the loaner. When I went to pay, although there were two individuals sitting at the cashier's desk, only one appeared to be working. I had to wait. But when someone came up behind me after it was my turn, all of a sudden the second person became available. When I got my car, there was oil all over my driver's seat. My seats are a sand color so you really can't miss it. Apparently no one else saw it or cared to clean it. Since I have debri on the sunroof it is not covered by warranty. I have been a customer of this dealer for over five years. I traded in a car I owned and have leased two cars from this dealership. I do not understand the negative reviews as the service I've received has always been outstanding. This is a BMW and Mini Cooper dealership, if you're coming for service with or without an appointment you drop off the car, get seen by a service representative, get your loaner and leave. The times I've come for service I have been in and out of this place within 20 minutes. There's a lounge area with coffee (keurig type) and tea machines. Absolute worst car dealership experience of my life. I bring in my brand new BMW to Braman Miami for a routine break test and I picked up the car which was completely damaged. They crashed the car, ruining the entire right rear of the car and cracked the rear rim. They caused thousands and thousands of dollars of damage to my brand new car and did not even apologize. They claimed the car would be rectified in 5 days and 31 days have passed and the car still has not been fixed to proper standards. They have attempted to fix the car 4 separate times and still have not gotten it done correctly. They called me to say the car was ready and their workmanship looked like a kid painted it and didn't have glasses on. It still had dents, dimples, swirl marks, mismatched paint and the car had to be completely redone. This happened on 4 separate occasions, which is hard to even fathom. These guys take advantage of all their customers and they treated me more than awful. I will never take my car to Braman ever again! To top it off, they provided me with a loaner that would not turn on, which created even more aggravation/stress and missed three meetings, due to them. Then I discover they ripped my driver seats leather and never mentioned it, thinking they would get away with it. Then there was dirt all over the leather and crinkles in the seat that were not apparent when I brought in the car. This has been beyond a disastrous experience and their management keeps avoiding me, because they are scared to face the consequences. The rating would be a 0 and I suggest no one to bring their car to this facility unless they want to be taken advantage of or provide terrible workmanship. Braman ends up gouging the very customers is supposed to assist. I'm in total utter shock that a dealership of this magnitude can treat their customers so poorly and not even care about. I just want people to know that they do not care about their customers and perform terrible workmanship. BMW is fully aware of this situation and they will be exposing that Braman was reckless, negligent, and did not provide workmanship up to BMW's standards. Do Not Use These Thieves unless you want to have pure aggravation and have to constantly fight with them. I made an appointment for services; my appointment was for 1 pm once there they told me that the car had a recall. OK, I thought they could do all the necessary services at the same time. Issues/Item: 1. When we got to the dealer the "service rep" assigned to us was out to lunch. We waited for someone to help us. The point here is how can a rep make an appointment for 1 pm and leave. 2. Once assigned to a rep. It took the rep close to an hour to square away all the paperwork. 3. When I made the appointment, they told me that this "service" could take an hour and a half; in addition, they mentioned that they would provide Uber/Lyft transportation services anywhere including back home. But once there the rep said that this "service appt." would take around 3 hours. 4. So, they called Lyft, and we went to eat. After we had our lunch, we contacted the dealer, and they said that the car would be ready at 5pm. So requested Lyft to take us to a friend's house near the dealer so that we could stay in the area. They told us NO - that they could only take us back to the dealer. (I requested my own transportation and waited at my friend's house). 5. So as time got closer to 5 pm the rep called and said that the car would not be ready. So, I said OK call us a Lyft and send us back home. They said NO, that we lived too far. 6. They end up providing a "Loaner". 7. The next day, after many attempts to find out if the car was ready. The car was ready at 2:15 pm Exhausting - Not smooth and that is why I give them 1 star. read more

Monday Morning 11/23/20 at 11AM I bought my car in to have a tire replaced and get an alignment. I was introduced to Mr. Peter Armstrong who completed the paperwork. When I was leaving to pick up a loaner, Mr. Armstrong text me with his contact information. Radio silence Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. On Friday 11/27/20 I called to get an update and Mr. Armstrong advised me that the technician is working on my car, but he did not come in today and it would be safe to say that the car will be ready on Monday. Mr. Armstrong mentioned that the tire was already replace and the technician advised that I get an alignment because it is off. I said, I told you that I needed a tire and alignment when I brought the car in on Monday morning. Monday 11/30/20 I had no communication from Mr. Armstrong or anyone. Tuesday 12/01/20 I called 3 times starting at 2:40PM. I even replied to Mr. Peter Armstrong text message that he sent me on Monday and Friday with no reply. Wednesday 12/02/20 I began calling in at 9:25AM. I left messages for Mr. Armstrong. I also immediately called back and asked for Mr. Armstrong supervisor. I was advised that his Manager was with another customer and that he will call me back within 20 minutes. I have yet to receive a call. Word must have gotten to Mr. Armstrong because he finally called at 11:54AM to let me know that my car would be ready by 5PM. I asked how much I owe, and he quoted me the price of 278.90, which was just for the tire. When I asked about the alignment he fumbled around and said, "Yes the price would be $515.00." I do not have any confidence that my car is in good hands or that the work was completed. If this the level of customer service that I, as a consumer, should expect from Braman Miami BMW going forward? Because I will not spend my hard-earned money to be mistreated, not have confidence in the service that I am paying for while also being ignored. For Management to know that a consumer is not happy because of the level of service that is provided by his staff and ignore the situation is clear that management needs to also work on their communication. I felt in the dark, helpless, discounted and not valued as a consumer. While Braman BMW advertises care for their customers. Truly disappointing experience. I went to get my car serviced and let's just start by saying very poor communication by my service representative. I was not even informed my car was ready and when I picked up my vehicle it was not cleaned as I asked. Worst thing was the individual told me I needed to change my front tire and my back tire had a nail so needed to change it and asked if I wanted them to do it BEFORE I went over there to pick it up. I asked for a picture and he only sent me front tire (which did need to be changed soon) and said he couldn't send me a picture of back tire now (have all messages saved). Note it's over $400 for a tire between the purchase, installation and taxes applied. Well I got my answer when I went to a tire shop and they advised I had NO nail on my tires and I was trying to be taken advantaged of. It is truly sad a bmw location would do this and try to take advantage of someone to make more money. Truly disgraceful and I'm glad I felt a nudge the indiviso was lying and went with it. Just went to this BMW to pick up a small part for my car. It is dreadful coming in here. Starting off with the parking lot, a disaster. No parking spots, cars trying to maneuver their way around. I had someone in front of me stop and wait for a min or 2, an employee came out, grabbed some food from them, and then sat there talking while I was trying to get in to hopefully find a parking spot. The employee, no acknowledgment whatsoever that there was a customer behind trying to get in. Then when I finally get in, go to the parts counter and a guy asked "how can I help you" in very dull way. I told him I need a small part and told him exactly what I needed and for what model bmw, he said he needed the vin, which was a little odd considering I gave him all the info for the part. I said "you need the Vin for that" and he replied, "yea, I need the vin" in a rude way. So I went out to the car to get the vin, came back in and he was then helping someone else. Now there is 4 employees in there, including the one who picked up the food, talking all loud like no one was around. I stood there waiting and not 1 of them acknowledged me, so I waited in patience and the original guy helped me. He gave me this ego-trip, condescending attitude the whole time like he hates his job. Finally gave me the paper with the part number and my info. Told me to go to the outside window to pay. I've never been there so I have no idea where I'm going. so I went outside and waited there for a bit, finally someone spoke to me in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish so I have no idea what he said. I handed him the paper and then spoke in Spanish again and walked me back into the same room I was just in to pay. lol again. The "outside counter" to pay was literally right there next to him in the same room. lol not sure why he would say that and then also clearly see me walk out the door like I don't know where I was going... Paid and went back outside and some guy took the paid stamped paper and didn't even say a word, just grabbed it out of my hands, even when I said thank you. Came back shortly with the $10 part and again, just handed it to me. I swear it seems like no one is happy here. All that for a simple $10 part. LOL I think they all forgot they are still in CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been bringing my BMWs to Braman service for years. I have owned or leased about 5 or 6. If I don't lease I buy a CPO with warranty. First the warranties from BMW changed and they do not cover as much as they did before and and are not as long as they were. So In november I needed a repair that was not covered. I asked about the warranty and purchasing the extended warranty yet never received the information I requested. No call no follow up Then my 2017 330i with 55k miles I needed coolant and oil leak repairs in December -$2500.00 worth - not covered I approved 1500.00 to get the car fixed in their nifty little text please hey send . The advisor approved another the other 1k in repairs which pissed me off. I didn't approve it. Mind you all this happened in the middle of the christmas New Years holidays and no one was around when I went to pick up the car. I was told follow up next week when the advisor is back. I emailed the manager- no response. I'm done with Braman and I may be done with BMW too with their mediocre warranties and overpriced service. This is just some of my negative experiences and I'm at my limit. Their service is no better than the local Nissan dealer where I bring my company vehicle. Braman deleted my google review, so I will post it here to warn other consumers: Quite possibly the most useless BMW service center ever. My car was towed in and they denied that they even had the car for an entire day. Then they claimed that someone had lost the keys so they couldn't work on it until the next day. When it was fixed they took over an hour to pull my car up "because it was on the 6th floor". When it was finally pulled up it had no coolant, after it was brought in for a coolant leak, so I had to wait for someone to fill my coolant. My advisor was Felipe and he honestly sounded clueless about every question I raised. They also broke the mount of my radar detector, not sure why they were touching it in the first place. I see that Braman responds to reviews so I hope that someone reaches out and tries to make this right. Very disappointing. Braman wins the award for the WORST customer experience! Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle with Manny, drove over. Got there, was transferred to another salesman, Milton, who told me he couldn't find the vehicle! Yes, the same vehicle (listed on the website for sale) that I called ahead to make an appointment to test drive and was confirmed for 330p! They kept me waiting 1 hour looking for it and then said it needed repair and I couldn't test drive it not even see it. Then, DONT LIST IT FOR SALE BRAMAN AND TAKE APPOINTMENTS for a vehicle that's not available!!! Do NOT bring your car here. Brought my car here to get sunroof fixed. Car has been there for 38 days and counting. Ive had to call multiple times to get updates after they had told me week after week the car would be ready. The part that came in wasn't approved so had to order a new part. Won't come in for another 10 days if it does come in (not confirmed). They offer you a loaner but after 30 days you have to come back to the service location And renew the contract and they have to re inspect the loaner. Brought my 2007 BMW in a year ago before moving cross country. Asked for a diagnosis for why the brake and ABS light came on. They wanted to charge $250 just for plugging in an ODB reader and printing codes. I said no way and they knocked it down to $160. An ODB reader costs less than $100 on Amazon. As for the ABS module - they couldn't tell me what exactly what was wrong with it because they said that would require going under the engine block. They said they would only do a full replacement for $4000 estimated. 1) The ABS module is next to the brake fluid reservoir. It only takes two minutes to remove a plastic cover and it's right there. 2) A whole module replacement was absolutely unnecessary. I removed the ABS/DSC module from the car, shipped it to ModuleMaster.com for $250 and reinstalled it myself. The tools for me to do this work and flush the brake fluid only cost $200 more so about $500 total. 3) The module was working fine it was only the ABS brush that needed to be rebuilt which is a well known problem for the 2007 E90. Find a better shop. This stealership will try to scam you out of every dollar they can. read more

This dealership is unscrupulous with a bunch of shady characters in their service department that will take advantage of women. We had a company car go in for service that is driven by a female executive. They first took the car for a basic oil change and service, then damaged the car during service and it had to go back for a repair. Subsequently, they provided a rental loaner which was provided and came back in perfect shape. Later they called to claim damage to the rental and tried to charge our credit card, as well as file a fraudulent claim with our insurer.
