I'm not sure why it took me so long to write this review, but here it is: I've only gone to them…read morefor car issues, and I've been coming back multiple times since I moved to Iowa about two years ago. And let me tell you -- they're genuinely one of the best things that's happened to me since moving here. Honestly... they might even be the thing that could convince me to stay. Right off the bat, Joe stands out from the stereotypical "rude, crude, straight-to-the-point" mechanic image people might have. He has great manners and a soft, welcoming attitude. You can tell he's ready to actually listen to your concerns -- and not just listen, but address them. He's patient, thorough, and willing to have a real discussion with you about what's going on. A lot of mechanics lose people from the beginning simply because they don't listen. Joe does, and that already says a lot about how knowledgeable he is. But his wisdom doesn't stop there -- he also knows when he needs to learn more. And honestly, how can someone not be smart when they're always curious and willing to keep learning? That curiosity really showed when he was working on my 1991 Bronco -- a car that's before both his time and my time. He wasn't afraid to call in a former Ford mechanic to ask questions and get support. Together, they turned that Bronco from "this thing might fall apart on the road any minute" into something close to its prime again. And I didn't have a single problem with it throughout the absolutely merciless Iowa winter. So yes -- you can rest assured that whatever car you bring in, they'll do their best to take care of it... even the ones that were around before they were born And it's not just curiosity -- it's passion. I still remember Joe saying to me: "It doesn't matter what it is. I will fix it." As someone pursuing a medical degree, I was genuinely inspired by that mindset. Fix what needs to be fixed. Help those who need help. I'm taking that energy into how I want to treat my future patients -- and you really can't go wrong with that attitude. Last but not least: their shop works with Affirm, which lets you pay through a payment plan. That has been a tremendous help for me as a broke medical student -- and I'm sure it's a huge benefit for others in the community too. If you're not looking to be treated like just another source of revenue, rushed in and rushed out, this is the place. What Joe and the team offer is the kind of service that turns into a real relationship built on trust. I'd honestly go to Joe for motorcycle questions too. So if you want the "good old days" vibe where your mechanic actually cares, if you're someone who feels nervous going into a shop alone (especially women who worry about being taken advantage of), or if you simply want honest work at a fair price -- give them a chance. And I also want to give Casey a special shout-out as the behind-the-scenes hero. Thank you all so much. There were truly times you saved my ass, and I wouldn't have known what to do without you. Fantastic work -- and I hope you get even more recognition for what you do. And once again, I'm sorry for the late review -- it was long overdue!

I took it to another shop for another diagnostic and they say the fix will cost thousands. At this point the cost of these repairs is more than the car is worth. If All Pro had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time I never would have agreed to their fixes. I contacted them to see if I could get some reimbursement for their failed work, or a reduced rate on further repairs and they declined both. They did manage to not fix my car in less than a day though, so I'll give them a star for that!

That worked, but only held for a day. I called back and Pete said to bring it right back in, and they'd run the diagnostic. We had elected not to do that the first time, hoping that recharging the system would do the trick. Got it back in, and the condenser was bad. Because it's a Hybrid, the part was only available from Toyota -- it took overnight to get the part, and they had it back up and running the next morning. Replacing this part also required dropping the front bumper, in order to reach it, so it wasn't a real easy job. They discounted the repair for the cost of the previous days' recharge, since it didn't hold long. Pricing was reasonable given the difficulty in replacement, and they got the work done very quickly.
