I have had them work on many of my vehicles, and have never had a single issue. They are the fastest, most honest, best priced, best communicating shop I've ever worked with! And their location is great (for me at least). Most times (every time if you ask) they'll give you a free inspection sheet with an overview of your vehicle's state. They won't work on anything unless you give the go ahead, and they are honest about what work should be completed. I took my 2019 Jeep in today for an oil change and free tire rotation. Upon leaving and not getting more than a mile or two into my commute, I noticed a rough handling and rumbling sound when driving down the road. Upon pulling over and looking, I had 4 lug nuts missing on 1 tire. Completely unacceptable. While I appreciate Josh and his crew driving out to fix it, I was offered no type of reimbursement or anything to rectify the situation. The last time I was in prior to this, I was missing the piece that holds my oil pan up. (Some type of bolt) If you guys want to keep customers, you need to make it right with people and not continue to do slop work. Tonight could have resulted in something bad and I don't appreciate it being more or less brushed off. read more

Being a chick and not knowing SHIT about cars, I am always scared that I will get taken advantage of. With Midas, I didn't feel pressured into getting additional repairs or services. I had my oil changed & got my wiper blades replaced. It seemed like a busy morning for them, but I was out within an hour. You can make appts online! Bait and switch kings Got estimate for 150-$200. Bill was $331. I questioned this and manager said he wasn't responsible for bids and pretty much too bad. Also got price to replace tail light part. Estimate was $102. After getting screwed on that above I went on line. Found it takes removing 2 screws and unplugging the old part and plugging in new part. 15 minutes. They went out of their way to help resolve issues that weren't resolved in spite of at least 3 or 4 visits and thousands of dollars spent at a different location. I went online to book an oil change and got an email saying they would confirm within 30 business minutes. I never got a response, so I gave them a call the next day and was told they never got it, despite the confirmation email. The man on the phone said I could bring it in at that time anyway, but it wouldn't get done right away. I pulled into a very tight and full parking lot, was asked my name and for my keys. I got an uber home and got a phone call 2 hours later that it was ready with a quick analysis of what could use some work on my car. I came back and went to the counter and was told it would be $102 for an oil change. They never asked what I wanted, and instead saw a young girl and gave her the most expensive without getting consent. I paid and left and will not be returning. Thought I would try somewhere supposedly more budget-friendly, but it looks like I'll still be using a dealership. read more

Took my newer car in for an oil change, and I gave into a transmission flush as well at their recommendation. There was an odor emitting from my car for over a week later after. I let it go thinking it was just spilled transmission fluid burning off. It didn't go away so took it back in to get checked. They said everything was fine, and that it was probably just the spilled fluid. Went on a few hour long trips after that, and my car kept over heating. I'd stop for 15-20 min to let it cool down. Made me late for a wedding one trip as I stopped 3x. Took it to Freedom Tire where they told me the transmission fluid was way too overfilled. Got charged for their labor and who know what kind of damage to my transmission there is now. Went to Midas for years, and haven't been back since. Waste of time and money! read more

I went for the first time yesterday to get my oil changed! They've got a handy dandy little chart that suggests the kind of oil you should put in your car the more senile your car gets! When I chose to go with the normal oil, they didn't harrass me just educated me and let me make up my own mind. Then the did a courtesy check and found one other required maintenance that I really didn't know I needed to do. After a little research of my own I found out that I wasn't getting the wool pulled over my eyes but they were doing me a good service. :) Tom, the manager yesterday, was very friendly and helpful. Took my car (2003 Mercedes-Benz CLK 430) here to get a quote to replace 2 catalytic converters and a new tire. They got my car done in a couple hours and my car is running great, not to mention I'm very happy with the price. I am new to the area, and this was close to my apartment, so I chose this location for my oil change. I called in the late morning and was able to get in the early afternoon. It took less than an hour, and I just read a book in the waiting room. They have free wifi and a tv. Everyone was friendly and the price was reasonable and one of the least costly oil changes I've ever had. The owner/manager took a few minutes to explain the car report to me, which I appreciated. I hate them. I went in for an oil change and they didn't get the plug or the filter on tight. I lost a quart of oil in the first week. They spend an hour trying to tell me everything wrong with my car and trying to up-sell me like an idiot who would think my NEW tires needed replaced, but they couldn't tighten the plug and filter. They had ONE JOB. And they charged me 30% more than they said they would. read more

I'm not a "car guy," but I'm not afraid to get under the hood myself, so I like to think I know a decent amount -- at least enough to know the difference between good service and bad. I've been taking our cars here for the past two years, and they go above and beyond to do good, honest work. Second time in a row where Midas on Ingersoll mislead me on what they did when servicing my vehicle. The most recent time was a few weeks ago when I presented a coupon that gave me $10 off synthetic oil change along with a free tire rotation. I sat and waited for my car and watched through the glass the whole. My car was on a lift where it would have been impossible to rotate my tires. I watched and my tires were never rotated. I asked the individual checking me out when my car was "finished" if my tires had been rotated. He went back to the mechanic who worked on my car to speak with him. The individual came back and informed me that they just looked at my tires and deemed that they didn't need to be rotated. I had driven my car for roughly 8,000 miles since the last rotation. I have no idea what they looked at but they did not do what they were supposed to do in the first place when I asked them to rotate my tires. The first time was when the manager told me that I needed to change my cabin air filter when I literally changed it the day before. They didn't even look at it. I find it extremely hard to trust this midas again and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been coming here for 4 years. read more

I was able to easily book an appointment online the same day for an oil change. Josh and his team were helpful and prompt. When they didn't have replacement windshield wiper blades for my vehicle, they ordered and had them available the following day. Midas called to let me know they were in and to stop by anytime and they'd help install. There is free Wi-Fi and a TV available while you wait. It was a great experience! read more

I purchased a used car about a month ago. I looked up on YELP to see what car company had the best reviews for repairs. Midas on Ingersoll popped up number 1. I wanted to get an oil change, have an inspection of my cars engine, and a brake inspection. I noticed that I had some noise and gripping on the front passenger brakes. After the oil change, the tech came and told me that the oil change was done, the engine looked great, but they were having trouble getting two lug nuts off of my front passenger side tire. The brakes looked good, and needed noting done, but the tech could see through the tire I was missing the caliper hardware. I thought of course it would be the one tire the cant get off. The team at this store worked very hard for about 4 hours trying to get the lug nits off without using the torch so that they could save my rim. After exhausting every method possible, I had to give them the okay to use a torch to cut the bolts off. They called my service plan for my vehicle to see if they would cover the cost since I only had the car for a month, and havent even put 500 miles on it yet. The had me call the dealership to see if they would help. Needless to say, I was on my own for the cost. Midas went above and beyond service for me. They went to 3 different places across town to get the rim, the tire bolts, and the lug nuts since they were not in stock anywhere. They also found a used rim in great condition to spare me cost. Anywhere else I feel would have charged me an arm and a leg for the almost 6 hours I was there, and to travel all over to get parts. These guys were honest, and fair in the prices. They spent a lot of time, care, and effort to spare me as much cost as they could. Even though I was there a very long time, it was because they actually cared about me and my vehicle. I will forever be a customer to Midas for the extra care, and kindness that they showed me the day I was there. read more
