After my most recent experience, I will never return. I came in for a routine oil change, air conditioning service, and vehicle inspection. During my visit, I was advised that my vehicle also needed a radiator fluid replacement, which I agreed to. What I witnessed while my vehicle was being serviced was alarming. The technician working on my car couldn't get the radiator cap off. I heard him complain that it was his fifth radiator cap that day that had been difficult to remove, and I watched him strike it with a wrench to get it loose. At the same time, another employee was walking him through the air conditioning service from across the shop because it was his first time performing one. During the service, the technician cut his finger, and moments later liquid sprayed all over my windshield from the engine compartment. He simply said, "My bad, I'll clean that up," but never explained what had happened. To make matters worse, the inspection I originally came in for couldn't even be completed because no one was available to perform it. Two days later, my check engine light came on. I returned to the store, where an employee scanned my vehicle and found a P0128 code. Before anyone inspected my car, the store manager came over and immediately told me it was an internal thermostat issue and "couldn't be anything we did." Here's what didn't happen: The store manager never asked me what I observed during the service. The store manager never looked at my vehicle. The store manager never inspected the work that had been performed. The store manager never reviewed any security footage. The store manager never attempted to investigate before deciding Valvoline wasn't responsible. I filed a claim because I wanted an independent review. Instead, the store manager called me after I filed the claim, raised his voice, and repeatedly told me he had already said it wasn't anything Valvoline did. The claim was denied based on the store manager's opinion before an independent mechanic had even evaluated my vehicle. I then took my vehicle to Honda for an independent diagnosis. Honda's repair order states: "Possible thermostat failure could be due to recent coolant flush performed by other shop." The service advisor also explained that the recent coolant service may not have been properly completed, allowing air to remain in the cooling system. What disappoints me most is not just the mechanical issue--it's how I was treated. I wasn't asking anyone to admit fault without evidence. I simply expected my concerns to be taken seriously and investigated. Instead, I was dismissed before anyone even looked at my vehicle. Good customer service means listening to customers, conducting a fair investigation, and treating people with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this location. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this Valvoline to take their vehicle somewhere that values quality workmanship, proper training, and customer service.

She assured me they would and they started the service. Not once did anyone come explain pricing or how it works, give me an option or anything like Take 5 does. Then they came to replace my oil. They all looked annoyed to be there and the guy changing mine very clearly did not put coolant or any top off of fluids. They also did not even touch my tires. This is all fairly basic in an oil change but for them it must have been too much to deal with because I had to ask if they did it. Another guy had come over to the window and said yes and I asked again if he was sure to which he said, yes again. had zero wiper fluid so I knew already that they didn't just from that alone. The girl came over to ring me up. The oil change was $135 which is absolutely ridiculous. There was zero warning on the price plus it was clear they didn't bother to do anything else with the oil change. I'd honestly be shocked if they did anything at all. I'm just hoping the oil is fine. I paid and the hood was still up. The guy who said that they topped off the fluids closer the hood and told me I was good to go. I asked him if they filled up the tires and he said no. I said I asked before they started if they'd do it and they said it was included...clearly this was an annoyance to them. He said the machine wasn't working and I'd have to drive down two stalls. I was like sure that's fine...welp when I said that he just got the air compressor at the stall I was at and filled them up. I'm assuming he just didn't want to do it... Finally, I asked him again for the THIRD time id they'd topped off fluids. He said yes they should have and I told him the car was still saying it had low coolant and could he just check because I just paid them $135 to do this and I didn't want to have to come back. He finally did and...no they had not put coolant or Wiper fluid in. He very reluctantly did it and said he was always having to show people how to do their jobs. I'm assuming this happens a lot and they just hope people don't say anything. Long story short, this place is overpriced...gives no indication of how much the service is and then doesn't even do the basic "18 point maintenance check". I'm so annoyed I had to keep asking and they kept trying to make me leave before they even checked under the hood. They clearly are too busy or annoyed to deal with it.
