The man was extremely rude and said if I didn't give them my business he was going to charge me an extremely high amount for the tow and to look at the transmission. So reluctantly I let him fix it. They told me at the time that I should bring my car back in a year and have the transmission checked. I went in there yesterday in the same rude guy was there and told me they don't look at transmissions unless there's a lifetime warranty. I told him that's not what you told me a year ago and he said yes it was. So rude! I don't know how this guy has a business he treats people terrible. Anyway, I had an issue a while back where one of my items was stolen, or lost, or fell out during one of the maintenance items I was there for. Asked the front desk about it, and they looked around, but ultimately it was never found. So when I come here now, I make sure everything of value is out of my car or securely tucked away in the vehicle. Anyway, the main reason for the drop in stars is that I came here for an oil change...the oil change $54.77 special to be exact. Brought in my mailed coupon as well, only to find that they don't use it cause the oil change is already highly reduced. So that was a bummer. Again, I come here skeptical now, so I took pictures of my wiper fluid and coolant levels before leaving the car with them, since they're supposed to fill the tanks and both were low. 35 or so minutes later the car was ready and I popped the hood before leaving. No fluid had been added so I went back inside and told him. I added in now that I was worried what else had been missed and that I needed to make sure the tires had also been rotated. He said oh yes we'll make sure. He comes back a few minutes later and says they've been topped off and goes, "the wiper fluid wasn't much, maybe 8oz". I'm sorry, but when your website says you top off these fluids, I expect it to be done. 1 ounce or 8 ounces. Then he said that they don't do tire rotations unless we ask. "It's free, but you have to request it." Even though it's stated in the oil change special....... Needless to say, I left very frustrated.

Warning! This shop has changed name to "Young Mans Automotive" in an effort to side step negative…read morereviews. Took my truck to this place for a second opinion on my transmission after being quoted a hefty price to rebuild from another shop. It had been over heating. They have a "transmission expert of 30 years" supposedly working there who assured me my transmission was in great shape and all I needed was an after market cooler. After spending $750 on an after market cooler and service, my transmission fails several days later. I took it to a professional shop who had quite the knowledge and expertise and I had failed several planetary gears, overdrive box, and they rebuilt the whole transmission. Also, the cooler was installed incorrectly which could have damaged my system even more. There were so many metal shavings found in the transmission oil that we had to flush my radiator. I'm sure this shop is great for replacing alternators and oil changed, but do yourself a favor and take your transmission to a specialist. Wasted a whole lot of money when them and back to square one.
