He made me drive over a ramp and roll down windows, something that others do themselves. Inappropriate rap music was blasting in the back which gave the vibe of a kickback rather than a reputable business. I asked for an oil change and then asked if the mechanic was in today because I have an issue that I would like fixed on my vehicle. I was advised that if would be "fifty bucks" to check the error code and the cost would go towards repair. I advised Young that I have bought a machine and checked the code mysefl, so I would just like to know if there is time today to have my hose replaced. This is all while the mechanic and a group of five were chatting and hanging out with no customers but me sitting in the car on a ramp. I am not instructed or invited into the office as I have been before. I get out and go to the office and was approached and asked what I needed by someone already in the service bay. I told him this was my car, and I'm going into the office. I sat down and Young showed me my air filters, both replaced two months olago, one completely clean, the other slightly dirty. He asked if I wanted to replace both, I declined. They were clearly clean. Mechanic came in and told me that there is nothing they can do because the dealer has better equipment. I thanked him. Young then told me that it was time to pay and charged about $180 for service. He said that the use of their scanning machine was $50 because it costs them money every time they use it. I told him that I did not ask for the use of the machine, and I knew the error codes and only asked if repairs could be made today. He restarted the charge, and I paid. I asked for the QR code for service, and he grabbed it and gave me an intimidating death stare and covered his chest, so I couldn't see his name. I then asked his name, and he stared me down as I walked out and never responded. I felt as though he wanted to assault me and felt the need to exit as soon as possible. I've come to this location and happily paid over $2,000 the past couple of months for services and repairs on my two vehicles because of the welcoming no bs service that Jose has provided. Is this what they do when Jose isn't there? I truly feel dissatisfied and swindled. Going to repose to social media to avoid others having to deal with people like Young.
