I made an appointment and dropped off my car and got a call about 3 hours later saying my alignment was finished. For context my car is a 2006 Honda civic si with lowered suspension with adjustable camber arms in the rear and ajustable camber plates in the front. Immediately after picking it up I realize the wheel isn't 100% straight. This on its own is not a huge issue to me and I knew it would likely happen because the subframe of the vehicle does have some damage but It looks like they drove it on straight with how my alignment was before and then adjusted everything, but didn't straighten the wheel out. I also paid for a camber adjustment and told them I wanted the front to be -2.5 degrees(I mentioned the ajustable camber plates in the front) and I asked to have it equalized in the back, not all around, but to make both in the back the same if they weren't the same and now it's too positive to the point where it's rubbing, but it seems like they just made it the same as the front because it's rubbing when it wasn't rubbing on either side before and the front camber plates on top were untouched. Also, I was not provided an after picture of the alignment rack after they finished so there was no proof of the alignment and I didn't know what any of the values were even if I wanted to fix them myself. Also in the before picture the rear values were so small they were impossible to make out. Not to mention the fact that I paid $330(after a $20 discount for not providing the after picture), almost double what a normal alignment here cost me last time and all around it's worse. So the next day on April 4th 2026 I came in at about 11:30 and as I'm parking an employee who I'm assuming was the manager at the time came out and started looking all around the car and came up to me as soon as I got out and was immediately hostile. He claimed the body damage was a reason for the rubbing of the back tire even though it wasn't rubbing before the alignment, is only on one side, and the damage isn't in an area that would cause rubbing. He also told me that it was impossible to get it straight because of the subframe damage to which I agreed it was highly likely and I was aware of it coming in to get the alignment and is actually one of the main reasons I came because I have a another subframe I was able to source for cheap but rather than going through that long install myself (a job I have done before with help in about 4-6 hours at home) I first wanted to see how straight I was able to get it with just an alignment. During the entire time I am talking to this employee he is visibly angry and repeatedly trying to walk away mid conversation. After we pull the car on to the alignment rack I see that the rear camber is about -2 degrees when I know it was closer to -3 degrees before the alignment and the front camber is around -2 degrees when I told them I wanted -2.5 degrees. After it was pulled onto the rack and we could see the numbers I talked to the technician who actually did the alignment and it seemed like they didn't tell him anything I said about camber. After pointing these numbers out to the manager he gave up on arguing and told the technician to do whatever I want and stormed off. This was such a simple job that turned into the worst auto shop experience of my life. read more

Update: 20 July 2023 When after being open now for over a couple of years and you are not able to achieve a star rating above a '2'; you seriously have unresolved business issues. To note; I called and spoke to Fernando a few hours in advance to have a rotate, balance and alignment check accomplished. I was scheduled (surprisingly) to arrive in just a few hours later, same day. I arrive, fill out a lengthy work sheet where most businesses today don't even use anything as archaic as this and then get asked, BY Fernando, 'what are we doing today?' I said, exactly what we spoke about. Clueless even though he's the one that recognized me as soon as I introduced myself. After getting paperwork done, he then goes out to speak to another tech and asked 'if the balancer worked'. It didn't, and without so much of an apology he literally said all they could do today was 'rotate and check alignment'. Not, 'Hey, I'm incredibly sorry for this can I reschedule you?' or 'Hey I apologize for this, can I get you scheduled for another location today?' Nothing. Incredibly asinine business acumen, zero thought, no apology. This location is hemorrhaging bad reviews and a couple years later, they still have yet to improve any mark on their business conduct or execution. *General Manager... you have some work to do here. read more

This place is trash. I've been here twice since it opened. Both for alignments. Both times I had an appointment. Both times they said 1 hour. After 2 hours both times they still hadn't done the work. After I confronted them they completed the work in less than 15 minutes(which is how long it actually takes because it's an extremely easy job with the computer alignment tools they have). The second time the alignment wasn't right and then went bad after a week of driving. I fixed the alignment myself in 15 minutes after that. They spend more time working on their own cars(2 black corvettes) rather than completing customers work. read more

I had my car towed in because of a terrible noise/scraping sound in my front brakes. Ryan W. checked my car right away and found that a rock was lodged in the brake backing plate. He removed it and checked all of the other wheels, thus assuring me that there was no damage. The awesome part is that he didn't even charge me. Needless to say, I came back for an oil change a few days later. Bobby and Ryan were both very knowledgable and I was in and out in an hour. Thanks guys! Went here for an oil change I thought would be $70. My car requires more oil & a "specialty" filter so the bill came out to $114. I was told it would take about an hour-hour and a half. It ended up taking over 2 hours and they called to tell me that my front axles were BOTH leaking and that my battery needed to be replaced. I asked how much for the battery. They said $394. They said they didn't have the part for the axles but to go to the dealership as it could be covered under the warranty. My car is 2 years old and less than 70k miles. He told me to go to the dealership immediately. I got to the dealership and they said no there isn't a leak on both sides. Just a minor drop on the interior boot on the passenger side. Also they were so sloppy with the oil I could smell it in the car. The service manager at the dealership also commented on the fact that they were sloppy with the oil change. I also went to autozone and got my battery replaced for $270. I'd stay away from this place & definitely go to autozone for a battery if you need one. They replace it for free. read more

I took my 2016 Kia optima to get my brakes checked in September 2021 and was told by the advisor I needed brakes. Said pads were very worn and I had bought the car used from Royal Kia certified in June 2020 another bad review! They replaced the front brakes. Pricey to say the least. I Drove off and the brakes squeaked from day one. I did not have time to go back until the first week of December 2021. I was told the brake pads were defective and it took brake masters 5 hours to replace. Did the Brake Master technician not give it a test drive? If the technician did he would have noticed the grinding and the squeak. Would that have endangered our lives? Brake Masters didn't seem concerned. Overall Brake Masters then informed me my rear driver's side brakes needed pads. Will I take my car back to Brake Masters? That would be a solid no!!!! The advisor I dealt with acted like it was my fault. Go somewhere else and not Brake Masters!!! read more

On Saturday, August 8, 2020, at 9:00 am, I scheduled an on-line appointment to have the breaks and air conditioning serviced on my 2014 Honda CRV. I arrived at my scheduled time. I was asked by the customer service person who assisted me if I would be waiting for the car or if I would be waiting in the lobby. I asked the the attendant how long it would take to provide the requested service and the attendant replied that he did not know. I advised that I would leave the car. I assumed since I scheduled an on-line appointment, my vehicle would be serviced relatively quickly. At 12:00 pm, I had not received an update on the status of my vehicle. I called the store and spoke with Manager Sergio Arias, I asked Mr. Arias about the status of my vehicle. Arias said the inspection showed my vehicle did require the breaks replaced. I asked Arias if the service had been done. Mr. Arias said that the work had not been performed. I explained to Mr. Arias that he had my vehicle for three hours and I asked Mr. Arias why no work had been performed. Mr. Arias told me that since I had dropped off the car he assumed that he had time to work on the car, and admitted he prioritized "Walk-in" customers who waited in the lobby first. The service of my vehicle was not completed until after 2:00 pm, five hours after my previously scheduled appointment. I feel that Break Master's appointment scheduling system is misleading and intended simply to lure customers in to the store and not to ensure timely service for customers. I certainly was under the impression that due to that face that I took the time to schedule an on-line appointment, my vehicle would be serviced in a reasonable about of time, before "Walk-in" customer. Mr. Arias actions displayed very poor customer service. I am very disappointed in the level of service I received. I will not be utilizing the services of Break Masters in the future and I will not be recommending Break Masters to anyone. read more

#229. Let's begin with the $40 military discount they gave me on $1100 of parts and shop supplies. I was told that my coolant expansion tank had a leak and needed to be replaced. Technicians said that there was no way for me to drive my truck until they replaced the tank. I asked to see the crack and no one could locate the damage. I asked to have the "cracked" tank removed to visually verify that it indeed was cracked. Once the techs removed the tank, there was no damage to the coolant tank. I took it upon myself to fill the tank with water to show the techs that there was no damage. I explained to him that he was not getting a proper seal with his tools while trying to fill the coolant. My 2011 GMC has an overflow drain located at the entrance of the tank which was not being adequately covered when the tech was attempting to fill the tank. The tech then yelled, "I don't give a f*ck, I'll put it back in and if your truck overheats it's your fault". I don't understand how he thinks having his tools properly seated while filling the reservoir will cause my truck to overheat unless they purposely do not fill the radiator correctly. Instead of replacing a simple seal on THEIR tool, they decide that profanity towards a customer and attempting to charge me $318 for a perfectly fine expansion tank is appropriate. read more

On 5/20/2020 I took my 2012 Ford Fusion to Brake Masters, Sahuarita, to have the air conditioner fixed. According to their advertisement and the call to them, they do fix A/Cs. After 5 trips going back to Brake Masters, being with no vehicle, no A/C because the A/C would stop working and paying them a total of $922.81,I took my car to Ford where the mechanic found the problem right away and fixed it within a day and it works to this day. The Brake Masters manager agreed to pay Ford for the fix which was half of what I had already paid Brake masters. The parts I paid for that did not fix the problem I feel should have been refunded and the labor that was charged from the mechanic that did not know what he was doing. Took my complaint to the District manager, he refused to refund the rest of the 922.81. False advertising from Brake Masters when they do not know how to repair A/Cs. Will never go back to this company. read more
