My brakes sounded horribleeee and it even got to the point where I did not feel safe making my daily commute into Houston. Luckily, I called them Wednesday and they were able to get me in that Saturday morning. Isaac at the front was incredibly nice and explained to me how they will look at it, send me an email with what they found and a break down. Then they would call me to confirm pricing before they start. I got my final pricing for brakes and ac to be fixed in the future. They told me what was priority that day and what could wait! It was more than I expected because of the parts I needed but honestly, they were quick, nice and had tons of cars they were currently working on it (from it looked like). Yeah, I could have looked up the parts and bought them myself etc. but I rather save time and pay a professional. The best part was when I picked up my girl, they had washed her inside and outside and she looked amazing! She drives like she's brand new and I can't explain how happy I am with the service! They are known in the community so I would highly recommend them!

I called ahead of time just to make sure they had availability before I show up and they tell me it'll be light years till they can get to my car. I was surprised to hear the other voice on the line say "yeah we can get you done, just bring your car on over". With that news I happily jumped out of bed to get ready. Planning to use them for my next alignment because they just got a new fancy alignment machine I've learned. Really helpful auto repair shop that I discovered through my neighbor.
