The only minor complaint would be the smell of chemical that came into the room from the nail salon outside. I knew I would enjoy the scalp treatments as I had done it before elsewhere but it was even better than I hoped. The setup was so comfortable. There was a leg elevation pillow and something about the way the bed met the sink was perfect; no neck discomfort like I sometimes have gotten at other places. Michelle truly has magical hands! This was my first going to a head spa, and it was more than worth it. There are few other times I've been as relaxed as I was during this experience. Michelle went through my scalp so thoroughly, yet so gently. As someone with quite a few ear piercings, I particularly appreciated how gentle she was. Whenever I go to the salon I almost always have at least one earring snagged on, but Michelle was so careful as to avoid snagging any of my earrings.
