I took in my laptop because the keyboard was locked. I thought it was probably something simple…read morelike pushing certain keys at the same time that I just didn't know about. The person I talked to said that was probably true and they would call me that afternoon. When i dropped it off i powered it on and showed her that i could use the on screen keyboard just not the physical one. 2 weeks later i had heard nothing so i called and was told they had ordered a part because it would not power on at all. Confusing because it had never had that problem before. I went there with my power cord and checked it and it would not come on. They assured me that they tracked the part to Atlanta and it would be here tomorrow. 2 more weeks they called and said i could pick it up. Got there to find it was not fixed and still would not power on. Yet they charged me 50 dollars on my credit card. When i sent it back to where i bought it they said someone had fried it and to never use them again. Not to mention how rude the guy was about giving no explanation and shrugging his shoulders and walking away.
