He challenged me to work harder, always encouraging me with a positive attitude. My knee recovery was successful! I had some back issues a few months later and went back to Tyler and, once again, the therapy and positivity helped me both physically and mentally. I've been struggling with multiple aching body parts and limited range of motion in several joints. I drove from Katy, Texas just to see Michael, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it! In just one session, he helped me gain 12 degrees of range of motion in my knee--something I never thought would happen so quickly. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and precise. After filling out at least 10 forms, first in the office, then online, then again in the office I got one appointment. The office then canceled my second appointment and rescheduled, then canceled that one. When I came in at the re re scheduled time I found that they canceled all my appointments. Even though the place was practically empty they couldn't reschedule. This was so disappointing since both I and my partner have been coming here for 5 years but never again.

Self pay would be nearly triple the cost. I asked if they would do the right thing and see me as a self pay - 1 time - and charge me what my copay would have been with insurance. They said No. The young lady then got (a little) snooty and said that verifying my insurance was a customer service and not their responsibility (I had verified *with them* in advance). I reminded them that I am in pain, and if I had canceled my appt less than 24 hours in advance, I would have been charged a fee. I again asked if they would do the right thing. No. I was a previous patient at a different location and had a great experience. That Dr has moved on. Perhaps I now have a window into why. I called a competitor and will be seen immediately. I do not recommend this location. I teach customer service, and would be making a replacement if I were contracted there (I won't name the young lady).

I started my PT journey here with Jacob mid-July, and although I'm still going to gain full mobility and strength, I can say that he has done a phenomenal job helping me in my healing process. It's taking me a bit longer and a bit slower process only because my injury was so traumatic, and I was in a sling for the first 9 weeks from the day of the fall that a lot of my muscles are still pretty tight, but Jacob and the team have been so amazing in helping me. I love that the actual therapist always works with you the entire hour, and they don't assign a tech to work with you. Nothing against techs, but when you have a massive injury and surgery, you kind of want a well-trained person to help you every step of the way. Because of this place, I'm about to lift my 25lb baby up with both hands and do daily stuff like brush my hair, open car doors, and lift my arm up to put something on a shelf. If I ever have to go to PT for any other issue, hands down, it would be this place.

She got me back in good condition after only three sessions. More importantly, she gave me exercises to use if I ever thought that the condition was reoccurring. I have used those exercises on two occasions and didn't need to return to rehab. We are completely sold on the B,S& W system. All our doctors are within the system. They have an online record and communication system that tracks all my medications and office visits. I have been in this system for several years and never had to wait more than five minutes to get in.

The next visit they just put me on a bike with no introduction on who they were (that they were the one I would be seeing instead of the PT) and what we were doing. They were so apathetic about what I was doing, and again, with zero conversation or explanation. There was another woman who had recently had knee surgery. They put her on some machine and left her there--not paying attention to form at all. The Assistants (??) were having very animated conversations over all of our heads... Honestly, I could have just watched videos on YouTube and learned more about what I needed to improve my situation. That is what I did. I let them know my concerns. The management did not seem to be concerned either. I was very disappointed.

They made me comfortable starting day one when I walked (hobbled) into the door. I had a total hip replacement and they worked with me on the goals I wanted to achieve. The checked in with my pain levels, improvements to my pain, hip flexibility and strength, and overall progress. My brother tore both ligaments in both knees due to a fall and had to have them surgically repaired which left his legs unable to bend without therapy. Our goal is to get full range of motion back. This will be a difficult journey but we intend with the help of his Therapist to get back to normal activities. I will update as time goes by but we are off to a great start.

They only provide 4 sessions until you need a doctor's order and they were very helpful acquiring that from my dentist for me. Everyone I've met has been great from the front desk to the PTs themselves. Specifically I've worked with Chris and after 3 sessions not only has his personal PT helped, but the home exercises he provided have been fantastic. Each time I'm there everyone smiles, the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and the patients seem happy to be there. Maybe it used to be not-so-great, but I highly recommend ATI in Cedar Park.
