After filling out at least 10 forms, first in the office, then online, then again in the office I got one appointment. The office then canceled my second appointment and rescheduled, then canceled that one. When I came in at the re re scheduled time I found that they canceled all my appointments. Even though the place was practically empty they couldn't reschedule. This was so disappointing since both I and my partner have been coming here for 5 years but never again.

I got assigned a junior therapist if you can even call him that. Maybe he was a college intern? Was not professional at all. The session started off with" take a lap around the room " which he didn't watch my gait or pain. No he went and started helping someone on a machine. I was like why am I walking around a room? Very Strange. Then he asked me 4 questions. Pain level. When it hurts. How long. What I've been doing for it. (I've had this before). After 3 minutes wants to diagnose that it's an ankle problem. I said no it's not in my ankles. Then he says it's a tight back. I say no it isn't. He says it was for one other of his clients so it probably is for me. I try to tell him that I stretch my back and hips daily prior to weight lifting. I have a dance background and did mat Pilates and CrossFit for 15 years. I know stretching. I tried to show him the hip and back stretches that I do and he stopped me. He stood me up and did a calf stretch on a wedge. I told him I do this one several times a day. He asked how often I stretch in a day. I said I didn't know maybe 4? He said I needed to do 6-8. Whatever dude. You're grasping on things to say because you don't know. He never asked me my fitness level? What activities do I do in a day? How many miles I walk in a day? What my strength training schedule is? What my weight lifting lifts are that I do weekly? What shoes I wear? What stretches before or after training? How often I train? SO many other questions he could have asked but He then says maybe I should GO TO A PODIATRIST for a steroid shot. Kid you not!!! Within 4 minutes of being there was told to go to a different doctor for a steroid shot. Umm isn't that why I came to a physical therapist so I don't have to resort to something like that (which I am adamantly against). No F ING way would I ever get a steroid shot. Couldn't pay me. The owner is a smart guy. If you make an appointment here make sure it's with the owner and not a junior therapist that needs to go back to PT school.

You need rehab? Go to these guys…read more One year after undergoing two knee replacement surgeries and I've spent the morning enjoying a hike in Spicewood Valley Trail. This would not have happened without the care, education, and attention given to me by Round Rock Rehab before and after surgery. My appointments with Matt began several weeks before surgery, building up strength in preparation--and if your surgeon hasn't recommended doing this, ask them about it. He spent a lot of time with me during our appointments and helped me to understand why and how I should be continuing to train in between our sessions. After the surgery, we picked up right where we left off -- and it felt like I was able to do more, more quickly, because of that prep time. Matt very patiently walked me through not just an escalating set of strength exercises but a wide variety of exercises that built up and supported full-body strength development and health. If I reached a plateau, he worked me to find a path forward that got me gaining strength again. If I had experienced irritation or pushed myself too far, he sorted me right out with rest and a mini-treatment plan. No matter where I was in my recovery cycle, he was right there with me. And if Matt was out for a time, I got the same high-quality support from Brad and Michelle. ...and the entire team of assistants! Mike and Serena and...well, just everyone made me feel like I wasn't just someone coming in...I was part of an extended family where everyone's purpose was to help me recover. Once my sessions were complete, I was sent off with a plan--and tons of information--for how to continue getting stronger.  I can't say enough about this team. They are truly wonderful, absolutely cared for my well being, and get my highest recommendation.

Even when I sustained a secondary ankle sprain mid-recovery, I was still able to go into tournaments feeling strong, stable, and confident thanks to her preparation. She educated me on taping techniques, warm ups, and recovery strategies. She genuinely takes the time to understand athletes and programs in a way that supports your specific performance needs, not just general recovery. While you won't necessarily see the same person every time (and sometimes each is handling 2 people at once), everyone's care and commitment is obvious. After my condition was evaluated on my first visit, I was asked about my goals. I am convinced that the physical therapy I'm getting will help me reach those goals. The exercises I have been given have gotten progressively more intense so my muscles have occasionally been sore, but I know this is helpful to my recovery. There are many locations in the Results chain. This location is in a strip shopping center, with nearby parking but no nearby handicap-designated spaces.

Office is dirty and has a smell. The staff, very unprofessional. I arrived early to fill out…read morepaperwork, and was told to come back later "at least and hour"! as they were having a meeting. When I returned they were still talking about picking up their children from school and so forth, and did not attend to me. They stated I was early, I said, I was to come 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and then I was asked had I completed the all the paperwork?? I stated, I did not work there so I do not know if it is all complete. NO ONE, even came to the front desk, this all transpired from the back of the room where they were all standing. Again, extremely unprofessional and reception area very dirty.

When a company fights harder for $45 than for doing the right thing, that tells you everything. They had me download an app for at-home exercises, never disclosed it would cost money. Then I get billed, plus a same-day cancellation fee tacked on. I called in February 2026 and was clearly told the charge would be removed and I could ignore the bill. Then another bill came. I called again, same reassurance. Then another bill. When I finally reached a supervisor, she was determined to collect the $45, citing "policy," despite their own team repeatedly telling me it would be resolved. I even offered to split it...denied without hesitation. Now they're threatening collections over a charge they told me multiple times to ignore. No transparency. No accountability. Just billing games. Avoid Endeavor Physical Therapy. Transparency and trust shouldn't be optional in healthcare, but apparently it is here.

I have been coming to Integra for different issues since 2016. I started coming when I had bad back…read morepain while pregnant with my youngest child. I was certain I had a slipped disc or something, but the doctor recommended physical therapy. I was skeptical, but determined to do my due diligence. After coming for six weeks though, I am now a huge believer in PT. The therapists were able to get me relief and teach me how to do exercises that were safe for the baby and helped ease my back pain. In 2017 I came for knee issues after overtraining for the cap 10k. I came again this past year when I developed bursitis in my hip. Each time I have been injured I visit until I have consistent relief and then I discontinue therapy sessions and continue the work at home. I have only had to come the full six weeks once (that was when I was pregnant). Integra is totally cool with this because the whole point of PT is to get better. They don't pressure you to add extra unnecessary sessions. The first visit is an evaluation where they take a look at your issue, test range of motion, ask you about your pain levels and determine a treatment plan. Different injuries require different levels of treatment, more severe issues could result in multiple visits a week but most of mine have been once a week. After the eval, sessions usually consist of a 30 minute exercise session where a therapist walks you through good exercises you can do to strengthen your body in the area where you're injured and making sure you don't end up with any compensatory injuries. The second half of the session is usually some form of physical manipulation, for example, when I had bad back pain the second half was the therapist working out the tension in my upper back muscles. I would call it massage but it was not relaxing. It did, however, (eventually) result in relief of pain. I recently brought my 10 year old in for a knee injury and learned she has hyper mobile joints and weak hip adductors which can be a risk factor for injuries, so we will be working on strength and stability. I highly recommend Integra!

I cannot praise Priscilla and her team enough. Fast, efficient, caring and quality physiotherapy…read moresessions are making a difference with my shoulder injury and pain. This is my first time doing physio. I will admit, I was skeptical. But the technicians and therapists at Integra know their stuff. A little more each week, with two sessions weekly and home exercises, I am seeing progress. I am very grateful to all of them. Do the work. Physio is worth it, and yes, it definitely works.
