As I am very picky with my hair and have high expectation. John makes recommendation based on hair type and suggests what's best for each individual. He's very detailed and client oriented. I went in for an ombre and a haircut. He explains every step to me of the process. Unlike some salon, they just do it without explaining. And this studio is clean and neat.
