Went on a Sunday afternoon and there wasn't much of a crowd when I arrived. The friendly hostess informed me about the free play for 25 dollar admission, which I did. Upon entering, there was a good amount of vintage and new games. I enjoyed skeeball as a kid, and I was glad to see many skeeball machines that were free to play. Unfortunately, one did not score properly, but the other ones worked fine. I also enjoyed the rocking horse riding game, Final Furlong. However, it was quite a workout to bob the horse up and down. I wish they had a mechanical horse riding game like Derby Champions or Go Go Pony. I played various other games, but sadly some were quite fragile and weren't working as well as expected. Some had swipers that were included in the machine, but sometimes it can get tricky to register the swipe. I do enjoy that you can stay as long as you want for the day, and they provide reentry privileges for the same day as well. There is a bar that serves good beer and pizza, and they were reasonably priced. The lobby area has a kiddie ride alligator that both kids and adults can ride for free. There was a VR motorcycle in front as well, but it wasn't operational yet. There are prize games as well, but they were at an additional cost. It is pricey for an all you can play arcade, but worth it if you play a lot and spend at least 2 hours there. Just wish they had a mechanical horse riding game instead of the workout horse one, and more games were functioning properly.

Bragging Rights is the COOLEST spot. Went in not knowing what to expect and was absolutely blown away. My boyfriend and I spent three hours there and it felt like it flew by. The $25 entry fee was worth every penny. We're hoping they add some sort of membership feature! This is a fantastic spot for some competitive time with friends and family. Huge variety of games, so it really did have something that appealed to everyone. Pinball was the big draw for me and it did not disappoint. Really looking forward to coming back!

They did have some pretty cool prizes, but we decided to focus on the pinball machines.

It would be awesome to see them get things up and working again. we have been multiple times over the last few months, every time the go karts and batting cages are not open..... the rink is huge, the flooring is odd for the rink, but everyone has gotten used to skating on it now. We bring our own rollerblades so not sure the quality of the ones to rent. Their pricing guides are confusing as their website does not line up to the different signs posted (and even those contradict each other) I think it would be better if management did a sweep and got all their signs and website to post the same information. Also if you pay for a wrist band to do all activities, well you spend forever waiting for an employee to come let you on (for instance our last visit it took 35 minutes for an employee to let me kid on the rock climbing wall, and the place was not even busy, felt like a waste of money for any extras other than just skating)

In fact the paint looked fresh, carpet was ok, place was decorated decently. The skating rink was decent and the shoes- well they're rental shoes so not the best by a long shot - they have rollerblades if you want for extra $- still expect rental shoe quality. We were shafted out of our go cart rides (thanks rain) but were offered other activities to do- rock wall climbing- bouncy kid house thing- or jumping on trampolines with bungee cords. The kid house thing was a huge hit with the littles. The other stuff we didn't do - nobody wanted to. The video game area is pretty small but good i thought. The staff was very very nice but if you schedule a party here they seem kind of rush rush when your having you r cake and pizza stuff. They need more party rooms. That would prob help. They let us bring in a fruit tray which was awesome cuz some places don't. I would do it again. *edit * My partner actually complained to me about for 40 min straight about how crappy the food court area was- took like 30 minutes to wait for a couple of pretzels, pizza was sh*tty, if somebody had an order ahead of yours forget it. He said all that junky good should be already ready and not made to order in an airfryer, takes too long. He also complained about how rushy the place was in using the party room. He said the hostess needed to stop hassling us about getting stuff done-might as well said 'hurry tf up and finish your pizza & get out'. Said the whole organization was chaotic & "completely inefficient". I mean I didn't see it that way but I'm not all tightly wound up. At least not on that day.

Staff interactions felt dismissive, and when concerns were raised, they were not handled with professionalism or care. Most disappointing was the absence of meaningful engagement or resolution from management. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. In this case, communication, attitude, and follow-through all fell short. I hope leadership reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve staff training and customer engagement, as these changes could significantly improve the guest experience. Below is the formal complaint that was emailed and submitted, however, there has been no response: Good morning, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a private event held at Splitz Bowling - Gainesville, FL on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The reservation was under the name Josie Jackson, and we paid $435.38 for a private section with four lanes for two hours. Lanes 27 and 28 experienced continuous technical issues throughout the reservation period. While I understand that having more than six participants per lane can sometimes contribute to delays, lanes 27 and 28 did not exceed six players during the first hour and were the first to malfunction, confirming the issues were not related to lane capacity or guest usage. During the final hour of play, lanes 29 and 30 also began experiencing issues, further reducing usable play time across all four lanes. Additionally, our dedicated server was present for less than an hour and did not return, and multiple staff members were disengaged despite a busy venue. Management arrived 30-45 minutes later and offered minimal remediation (initially 15 minutes, then 30 minutes across all lanes), which did not resolve the technical issues. No meaningful follow-up occurred despite assurances. On-site security staff were inattentive. Given the cost and repeated service failures, I respectfully request: A corporate review of this incident Appropriate compensation or refund Corrective actions to prevent similar issues for future guests I would appreciate a written response. Please let me know if you need additional documentation. Shantell Hadley, MBA shantella.hadley@gmail.com

We were mostly not impressed that the lane kept having technical malfunctions then when we went to renew for another our lane stopped working completely and they had us wait 10-15 minutes just to wait for another lane to open up in the boutique area. Staff wasn't exactly helpful.
