We also had a high water bill and didn't know if it had anything to do with the sprinklers because we had such a confusing irrigation control system with multiple pumps on the property. We hired Urban Ecoscapes to do an audit of our system. Mark the owner and his crew came out and thoroughly checked our system and provided us a detailed report of how the system was running and repairs/improvements needed. On top of the report, he also made sure the sprinkler heads were aligned correctly and not wasting water on spraying the pavements and made sure the drip line were all functional and correctly positioned. He then provided us a very reasonable quote to replace the defective pump and replace the system controller with a very easy to use Rachio controller which you can download to your phone and control the system wirelessly. We are planning on utilizing Mark and his crew to change the soft and hardscaping around the house. It should be noted that Mark was the third landscaper I called to fix the irrigation system. I paid the previous one to schedule my irrigation system and Mark found out the system was turning on for 30 minutes seven days a week. Hence, my Tier 3 water bill. One important lesson is to use proper contractor despite the price on your home. We had Wonderworks redo a lot of the landscaping work that had been botched by previous contractors. They were perfect for the most part except for some instance of miscommunication where a team was sent out to start a job before we had even agreed on the details. Other than that, they've done DG, drainage, and a retaining wall for us and everything was done properly. They dug deep enough for the DG, they built the retaining wall with proper support and drainage and the drainage they installed at the side of the house completely solved a problem I had with water pooling. Look forward to working with them again to do a paver driveway.

Brandon sent us all of the potential plants we could use, but we ultimately trusted his creative vision and allowed him full reign to pick whatever he thought would look best. Brandon has an impressive crew that came out and did the work alongside Brandon. They laid irrigation, put in the plants, the ground cover, and the concrete. The final product is amazing. We love our backyard, and with Brandon's efforts, it has been transformed into a wonderful serene environment that we enjoy spending time in. Brandon warranties all plants for 6 months, and when a few plants didn't look particularly healthy, he came out and replaced all four of them no questions asked. I've hired plenty of contractors in my day, but the real test of customer service is how well they treat you after you've parted with your money. Brandon was just as responsive and customer service oriented in replacing these plants as he was in getting our business in the first place. Several of my neighbors who are considering similar projects have viewed and loved the work Brandon did in our backyard. They are currently working with Brandon on their own projects.
