I'm a regular here, and all the staff are kind and helpful! They always promptly help and serve every customer, ensuring their order is correct and satisfactory. Lu is so sweet and remembers my orders most times, always has a smile on her face, so I know I'll always have a good experience there. The whole staff is also very good about helping others when they're not sure what to order, suggesting items or asking what their taste is: excellent customer service. I really enjoy Braganza. I usually only order Black Peach tea with boba and lychee jelly... but they're always delicious! Hubby will order the slush with bona and he likes those a lot as well. I've been to a few Boba tea spots that have flat teas or a "milky" fruit slush, which I do not enjoy. However, I'm always satisfied here. I always take into account, location, area, competition when reviewing. Let's be real, Vancouver does not have a million Boba tea places. I was here for the NPA nationals and drove the extra 20 mins and waited in line for another 20 mins because my craving for milk tea was overwhelming. I LOVE boba and omg was I glad to find this at Vancouver mall!! It's right next to the Cinepolis and the food court. Super convenient! They have little baby cups (small) and regular cups, which are twice as big as the small cups. I got the small because I'm trying to watch my calories. I got the jasmine milk tea and it tasted great! I got my staple: a blended matcha green tea with boba. It was a bit sweeter than what I'm used to but it did not have a heavy "grassy" flavor which is nice. Bubble tea location within the Westfield Vancouver Mall. They have good flavors and options for where it's located. You can get milk tea or slush. There are additive options such a tapioca or various jelly flavors. Some of the milk tea is pre made so they have them in containers in the fridge which they pour into your plastic cup. My favorite has to be taro with lychee jelly. They have fruity flavors suck as strawberry, mango, honeydew, etc. The price is pretty average and you can get a good size. They seal the tops with plastic so make sure to stab the big straw thru it with enough pressure. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful if you are not sure what to do and need some recommendations. They make your drinks pretty quick and efficiently which can be compared to a Starbucks on a good day. I come here often... it is the closest boba place to where I live. No matter how busy they are, and trust me they are usually busy, I usually get my get my order fairly quickly. The staff is very efficient at what they do, and very friendly. When I started coming here, I would just get the coconut. It is by far my favorite flavor. The blended teas are smooth, and have very few, if any, ice chunks. That's one of the few things that annoy me about boba places... not blending the drinks enough. I have tried the mango, strawberry, blended coffee, taro, and many of the milk and iced teas and have loved them all.
