Homemade pie slices for $2.99 in this economy is WILD, but was the posted price with a whole laundry list of flavors! YUM! This is a breakfast/lunch spot and they close at 2pm except for a few evenings that they do dinner evidently. It is ABSOLUTELY WORTH making sure you get there even with the odd times!!! The French toast is amazing and I love french toast, I had some with my omelet. The omelet is a thinner version. Cooked on a flat top, folded and filled beautifully with all the goodies I requested. It was delicious! I ate far more of both the omelet AND the french toast! Yummmm. My partner had the sampler (top left on the menu). The server said you had to try it. It had eggs, meat, a side of French toast, AND a 1/4 biscuit with gravy! We took a bite of the sausage with a bite of the biscuit and gravy which was perfect! All the food was good as was the coffee (which had beautiful full flavor and wasn't watered down... momma likes some STRONG COFFEE and theirs was perfect! Our server was also wonderful, happy, helpful, and so nice. Wish I was better with names! They were packed but moved people in and out efficiently so go give them a try!!!

This is a great little bar in a town of about 160 people. I know about it (and hang out there when…read moreI am in the area) because my wife grew up here. What do I like about Larry's Tap? It is a simple bar that is safe go to. If you have a pub crawl, add this to your trip. They have reasonably priced drinks and for me, diet 7 up. And if you are hungry, Larry also makes his own doctored pizzas that are pretty tasty. I like his breakfast pizza the best. This fun little bar is what small town America is all about. I recommend Stopping by whether you are visiting the area or live in the area. And if you need directions, Larry's Tap is on Google Maps,

The decor consists of signs from past local businesses all over the walls and ceiling...the Coast-To-Coast sign has a special connection for me as my Grandmother worked there when I was a kid. We started off with the Loaded Tater Tots that were pretty good but could have been really good had the cheese been melted and the bacon chopped up into smaller pieces...the Tots themselves were done very well. The star of the dinner was the awesome Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. A crispy yet lightly breaded tenderloin cooked perfectly...it's disappointing to get overcooked tenderloins as they become very tough...these folks got the timing down! Add on any of the pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomato served alongside to your taste and you've got a great sandwich! We'll definitely be back again!

We were 2 couples. Early Saturday afternoon we made reservations for 6:30pm. We arrived about…read more6:20pm and we were seated right away in one of their booths. The decor is pretty low rate. The whole restaurant desperately needs an update. The restrooms are only for one person at a time. This causes some major lines. But the service and food quality makes up for all of those issues. Our server was on the ball and came around frequently. We all ordered the prime rib. This is the ONLY place I will order prime rib. Everywhere else it's been flavorless, pure fat or tough. It's been none of that here. The salad is nothing special, just iceberg lettuce, a little cheese and a few Fritos. But it was pretty good, anyway. The blue cheese dressing was excellent, with some nice chunks of cheese. The baked potato was very good, nice & fluffy. It was done all the way through. So many time they're hard in the middle, but not these! We've been here several times before and we'll be back again!
