Once again, Brad to the rescue. Not only did Brad save me 50% of what Motorpool Automotive was going to charge me. ( not going to review Motorpool because the manager is very sarcastic and I'm not going to waste my energy ) I went to Motorpool because Brad was closed. Husaband being inpatient and for convience (location by my husband's work) we learned a very hard lesson. Next time we will WAIT until Brad opens and will NEVER seek any place else for convience! Like my other reviews I will repeat this agian, He is VERY honest, explains what needs to be done and does what he says he going to do. Most importanlty he gets the the work done top-notch!! Excellent multi tasker with a very high degree of calmess which enables him to get his work done in a timely fasihion. Repairs from here are worth the relatively high price, because I think we can all agree that it's better to get an expensive repair that works than to become a "repeat customer" with multiple failed repairs and "tune-ups" from shops that don't manage to do it right. My check engine light went on so I stopped at O'Reillys to have them diagnose it. Their machine wasn't working and they told me to go to Brad's. When I drove up, he made a comment to his workers in Vietnamese and they started laughing. If I were to guess it would be something about a helpless white girl to fix. He did up being super funny! He diagnosed my car for $45, cleared the check engine light and sent me on my way. His electronic reader said it was the rocker arm actuator. But on the way home my car kicked back 5 times so I pulled to the side of the road and called for a tow truck. This is super embarrassing to write what the problem was, as determined by my auto technician in Berkeley. It was that I had run out of oil. Oops. My mechanic said I should be putting oil in my car every third time I fill it up. Or at least check to see if it needs oil. Luckily I pulled over and didn't try to make my way back home. read more

Took my car in Saturday because of a coolant leak and I thought it was good to go according to brad. So I drove home which was 10 mins away parked it and didn't touch it for the day. The next morning on Sunday the car wouldn't turn on at all. Don't bother coming here you will get overcharged and most likely they will mess up your car so they can have you back. I had a Oil Change, and a engine cooling fan switch replaced. I just went to O'Reilly's brought the part in and handed it to them, and WAH-LAH! my car was all done. And was reasonably price.
