Gonzalo and LGB Auto does fraud by ordering after-market parts and charging customers with OEM prices....He snapped the moment I realized that and brought it up to him. asked me to take my car back and did not work on it..He changes my master cylinder clutch with a cheaper part causing the same cylinder leaking issue in less than 4 months and would not work on it again because I asked him to re-work on it. Located next to a Shell gas station, this place is a hidden gem. Brought my Porsche Panamera in for a quick service and Gonzalo/Brook took great care of me (and my baby!). You can tell they have a wealth of experience as there was a lot of diversity amongst the cars they were working on at the shop. Amazing auto service so conveniently located for me. I found this place when I was searching for a shop to replace a broken headlight. To all you car savvy people out there, dont judge. I swear I tried to do it myself once, ended up getting a rather deep in my hand and gave up. As such, I looked for a shop that I could get the light bulb and they would put it in for me too. I called ahead and they were very nice, informing me they carry the bulb and can replace it for me. I came in around 510, they close at 530 so I was a little worried they'll turn me away but they took my car in no problem. I pulled in and explained that my headlight was out and the guy laughed and said "I can see lol". They got right to work on it. They didn't have a matching bulb so he drove over to their companion parts shop to get a bulb, making them reopen after closing so he could get it. They stayed open to make sure they got the bulb replaced for me because it os dangerous to drive with a missing headlight. Truly impressed by them. I will definitely be coming back when I need more things done. Like the other reviewers said, its tucked into the shell station so it may throw you off a little, but aside from the lack of waiting area (only a couple of chairs in front of the food mart), this place provides great service at a great price. read more

WOW!!!! The LGB auto body repair shop is amazing! Yes, the shell gas station can through you off, but the body shop is great service and prices. I go there a lot to fix up my 99' Honda Civic. I love their oil change special for $19.99. They can fix mostly anything. The guys there are fantastic! They even found a matching new hood for my car after an accident. My car's timing belt got blew out in San Meteo and was towed all the way down to the Santa Clara. I was planing to go to another autowork but GPS incorrectly guided me here. Worse experience ever. I took my car in for an oil change and was told that I need to replace my windshield wiper. The mechanic showed me my wiper and a quarter of the rubber teared off and was flapping around. I tod the mechanic that it was not like that when I brought the car in and I used my windshield wiper the other day and it was just fine. I also told him that this is a big tear and for a piece of rubber to be flapping around, don't you think I would notice it when I'm driving? He didn't have anything to say. I then took my car to a dealer and had them take a look and they said, the rip was caused intentionally. Because the rubbers on the wiper were still soft and flexible. For old wipers that need replacement, would be hard and easy to rip off. I was so upset. Never again will I take my car to a place that dishonest. read more
