I would give this clinic 0 stars if it were possible. This clinic is horrible about not answering the phone, not following up or calling back and essentially has an unprofessional staff. I was told that since they are short-staffed, they cannot be bothered to send in the proper paperwork to my insurance provider for a medication. I have been working on refilling this medication since July 20th. It is now Aug 4th. I am out of the medication and have to find another clinic that is willing to help me. Although, when I submitted a complaint (left a phone message and sent a message to Dr. Bradley via the patient portal ) I got a call back from the clinic administrator the next day with excuses as to why they will not help me with insurance and told me I was being "disrespectful" for submitting a complaint about their unprofessionalism. They might be short-staffed but that has nothing to do with how unprofessional the office staff is. read more

I go to the location in Tyler I see the NP I just love how she quickly listened to me and paid attention to my needs.. Dr Bradley on the other hand was in and out of the room in less then seconds send his nurse in to do a nose swab on me cause I was very ill at the time and he told me his nurses would give me a call with test results.. this was in December.. however it is now APRIL and I get a $600 bill from this lab (yes I accept the charges, i work in medical billing and I totally get why I was charged) but what I was not okay with was the fact that I'm paying for a test that Dr Bradley and his nurses failed to give me my results! I have also called multiple times to schedule a appointment and all I ever get is there answering machine and I get NO call back. I get tired of calling all the time and not being able to get in. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience with this clinic. Had a very serious diagnosis that required a new prescription. My insurance needed to communicate with the Dr about the choice of drug since it was very expensive, but after 8 days I am still without the med because this Dr and clinic can not be bothered to contact the insurance. They will also not give me a call back from the many messages I have left requesting a call back. There is so much more I could say about my experience but will try and not make a book out of this review. I have had to contact another Dr to get an appointment so that I can get proper care. As far as I am concerned the Bradley Clinic in Longview should be out of business. read more

Avoid at all costs! While Dr. Bradley is a good physician, his staff at this location do not care about his reputation or your needs. The current NP gave me medical advice that would have put me in the hospital. Luckily, I consulted another physician first. You won't get return calls. You won't have medications called in when needed. You won't get necessary care. Just go to his Tyler location or find another local physician. read more

Mindy Shook is fantastic! But, I feel like it is difficult to communicate with office staff because they're always in a hurry to get off the phone. It is quite frustrating. When trying to follow up about certain things I'm hardly able to explain the situation without them nearly hanging up on me. I hope this gets better, because I really enjoy having Mindy as my PCP. read more
