I want to thank , Kerrigan, Jennifer, Austin, Manny, Abigail, Krystal, Hanna, and Stephanie. They were welcoming, and provided me with the absolute best customer care. I got mad. Who programs the computer. The original instructions as to what not to drink or eat before the test, the main things is cafeine. They do not knot that tea has cafeine as well as some sodas. Worrisome to me as it seems that I now more than they do. Can they interpret the results? They do not want to excite your heart before the test, very short test. so ask questions when you book...at what time do you open the door in the morning, if coffee is the only thing you worry about the NOT to ingest very long time before the test.

Dr Gatson is the sweetest, most compassionate and knowledgeable physician I have ever used, and she…read morehas been my primary physician for over a decade. I can't ever remember a time when she was out of the office, even though it is expected on occasion as she is human. What I like most about Dr Gatson is how she sits down and truly listens, even though she may be typing on her laptop during our conversation. I understand that. Otherwise, she may forget some of the details of our conversation. She is a great diagnostician, but never fails to refer you out to a specialist if necessary. The medications she has prescribed to me seem on point. I've never had ANY complaints against this physician. EVER. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my family and friends to Dr Gatson. As far as I am concerned, she ranks as one of the very best. Oh... I almost forgot to add... this may be important to those who only have a limited time to see the doctor. You might have somewhat of a long wait to get called back to an exam room. And then another wait in the exam room. This wait does not bother me, as I know she is only spending one on one time with her other patients and to me, that is what it's all about. Because then I know I'm going to get that same thorough attention. I always clear my morning or afternoon when I have an appointment with Dr April Gatson. And lastly, but certainly not least, her nurse, Daisy, is sweet and takes good care of me. I would not recommend Dr. Lockhart to anyone who has experienced deep-rooted trauma. For years, he…read moreconsistently dismissed my concerns and the reality of what I was going through. Instead of helping me address the underlying issues, he pushed prescription after prescription. One medication he insisted I continue taking even caused my eyes to move involuntarily--a terrifying side effect. When I asked about natural supplements or alternative remedies, he advised me against them and told me to stick with the prescriptions, no matter how badly they affected me. After spending years and thousands of dollars under his care, I was left worse off than when I started. I eventually discovered, through a DNA test I had to ask him to take on me, that my body was lacking something as simple as L-Methylfolate, a supplement that has made an incredible difference for me. Not once did Dr. Lockhart ever suggest testing for that. He put several labels on me in a one hour visit. I left having a list of diagnoses longer than my patience. But since he was a trusted psychiatrist in East Texas, I trusted his judgment. Every visit had to be paid in full up front, not working with your insurance whatsoever. He would often speak to me for 10-15 minutes tops and still continued to charge me for an hour long session. In my personal experience, Dr. Lockhart did not listen, did not support real healing, and prioritized medication over addressing trauma. I do not trust his care and I would caution others, especially trauma survivors, from seeking treatment with him.

I had been going to this office for about 5-6 weeks for allergy shots. I was told they would only…read morebe effective if I went every week. I drive from Pittsburg to get treatment. So far, my bill has come to roughly $1000. I've made 2 payments, totalling $363. I was going to continue paying $200 every other week (payday) until I was caught up. They told me I wouldn't be able to receive treatments until my bills were under $150. So, the last month has been a waste of time and money bc the treatment only works if I don't skip a week. They just don't care. The front desk lady looked at me like she couldn't care less and was unwilling to make any arrangements, even though 3 more payments would've had me fully caught up.
