While Dr. Bory is very personable and seems competent, her staff is absolutely terrible. I am…read morewriting this after experiencing several instances. My first instance was after my second visit. I always ask for a complete and final bill and pay cash. I received my "paid in full" receipt. Then about 3 months later I get an invoice in the mail for $120. I called up to see what that was for, but no one could give me an answer, just that I owed the bill. So I went in to see the office manager, well it turned out the person putting the "final bill" together forgot to add several things. Only after having to explain several times to the office manager that "final" meant final did they remove the charge. For the next several months things seemed to run smoothly, then I needed a refill for an inhaler. I was heading out of town to Denver for a 2 week business trip at noon on a Tuesday so I called in the refill on Monday morning. I explained to the nurse that I was going out of town and that I needed to get the refill before I left. The nurse said that there would be absolutely no problem and that they would be calling me back shortly once the refill had been sent to the pharmacy. No calls all day, so I called in first thing Tuesday, at first they could not even find the refill, then when they found it there was no mention of my request. So I went in to talk with the office manager again, she made no apologies saying instead that they did not have time to process the request. By this time it was 10, still time for them to call in the refill, but no, the office manager said that she would not call the doctor, who happened not to be in, to get her permission to get the refill filled. Instead she recommended that I go next door to see another doctor who was in and could fill the prescription, but only after an hour wait and a $189 visit fee. When I kept insisting that this was not an option, she changed her story that since it had been a few months since I last saw the doctor, they could not fill it. I have had a prescription for an inhaler for the last 40 years and over the last 2 years since I had been going to see Dr. Bory. I told that office manager that I needed to hear from Dr. Bory first hand what the reason was for not filling the refill. Only the next day when I was already in Denver, did I receive a message for Dr. Bory asking a question about the refill, but no apology or explanation. At first I decided not to leave any feedback and have not done so for the last six months, but today the office called my mother-in-law (who has been seeing Dr. Bory for the last 6 months) telling her that the doctor needed to see her today, but would give no reason. When she got to the office and went in to see the doctor, Dr. Bory told her that there was no reason to see her and did not know why she was even there.

I would give this clinic 0 stars if it were possible…read more This clinic is horrible about not answering the phone, not following up or calling back and essentially has an unprofessional staff. I was told that since they are short-staffed, they cannot be bothered to send in the proper paperwork to my insurance provider for a medication. I have been working on refilling this medication since July 20th. It is now Aug 4th. I am out of the medication and have to find another clinic that is willing to help me. Although, when I submitted a complaint (left a phone message and sent a message to Dr. Bradley via the patient portal ) I got a call back from the clinic administrator the next day with excuses as to why they will not help me with insurance and told me I was being "disrespectful" for submitting a complaint about their unprofessionalism. They might be short-staffed but that has nothing to do with how unprofessional the office staff is.

Dr Bradley on the other hand was in and out of the room in less then seconds send his nurse in to do a nose swab on me cause I was very ill at the time and he told me his nurses would give me a call with test results.. this was in December.. however it is now APRIL and I get a $600 bill from this lab (yes I accept the charges, i work in medical billing and I totally get why I was charged) but what I was not okay with was the fact that I'm paying for a test that Dr Bradley and his nurses failed to give me my results! I have also called multiple times to schedule a appointment and all I ever get is there answering machine and I get NO call back. I get tired of calling all the time and not being able to get in. I say GO SEE ANOTHER PCP! highly disappointed with this facility. Moving here I was so excited to get seen but it's just not the case anymore

She was also very nurturing and compassionate and she cared for me as if i were her only patient. But....the doctor who treated me went above and beyond in my opinion and he made me feel like a person and not just a patient. His name is Dr. Freimer and with the exception of a couple of other doctor's ive seen there, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He was so attentive and compassionate. He took the time to actually listen to me and then did what he felt was best for my care while accepting my input. He was thorough and extremely kind and I am so thankful that he was the doctor who was there that day. He restored my faith in believing that great doctor's who actually listen AND give the appropriate individual care still exist. So THANK YOU DR. FREIMER for being exactly who you are! I pray that God blesses you tenfold for using your gift for the betterment of mankind.

I recently moved to Texas after being with the same doctor in Florida for seven years. I had all of my medical records transferred, including my history with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, and severe sleep issues. Over the past year, I have gone through significant life events, including the loss of both parents and a divorce, making consistent and reliable care especially important. From the beginning, communication with this office has been difficult. I have called numerous times seeking assistance and often felt dismissed. When I asked if the doctor could return my call, I was told she "doesn't usually call patients back," which was discouraging given my situation. There have also been ongoing issues with my medications. Initially, I was only prescribed my antidepressant despite providing my full medical history. At one point, I lost my antidepressant and contacted the office to request a refill in order to avoid withdrawal symptoms. I was told by staff that Lexapro is a controlled substance and could not be refilled, which is untrue. Overall, the level of support and clarity provided has been inconsistent. I understand that policies and regulations exist, and I am willing to follow appropriate steps. However, the lack of communication and professionalism has made it difficult to receive proper care. I will be seeking care elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication, staff training, and patient support--especially for those managing serious mental health conditions.
