She doesn't do the "easy" massages, but that is never what I want! I highly suggest you use her services! I have been seeing her for many years. I have also had the pleasure of having a couple massages from Garrett, he too is fantastic but in a totally different way. He does lymph massage and is great at tweeting problem areas. A gentler touch but still effective. They are easy to book with.

Garrett is one of the few that cares about what he does and takes great pride in it. Garrett is not only one of the most knowledgeable folks on the inner workings of the body, but he is a wonderful person as well. He is a great conversationalist and I love how his mind works. While I've gotten two massages from him, it has shown me that his work is more than just a service. It's truly an art and you can feel his passion when he works on your body. Both times, Garrett has stayed later than our allotted time to make sure I am taken care of at no additional price. The Body Mechanics makes you feel right at home and the services they offer are great. They are priced well and will leave you feeling better than when you came in. I wish East Texas was more health oriented so others could see that this place is the real deal. Give them a try.

My wife had a stay here and I was there with my son today. It was the same high level of service with added amenities. Jennifer processed us in and it was quick and easy. Adysson got us back quickly. Jeremy was knowledgeable and answered all concerns. Madison shared a personal story that was very helpful. Rachel took us through discharge, so of course we were happiest to see her. :-) Having been to many local facilities both civilian and VA, this place is the best in my opinion.

I can't ever remember a time when she was out of the office, even though it is expected on occasion as she is human. What I like most about Dr Gatson is how she sits down and truly listens, even though she may be typing on her laptop during our conversation. I understand that. Otherwise, she may forget some of the details of our conversation. She is a great diagnostician, but never fails to refer you out to a specialist if necessary. The medications she has prescribed to me seem on point. I've never had ANY complaints against this physician. EVER. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my family and friends to Dr Gatson. As far as I am concerned, she ranks as one of the very best. Oh... I almost forgot to add... this may be important to those who only have a limited time to see the doctor. You might have somewhat of a long wait to get called back to an exam room. And then another wait in the exam room. This wait does not bother me, as I know she is only spending one on one time with her other patients and to me, that is what it's all about. Because then I know I'm going to get that same thorough attention. I always clear my morning or afternoon when I have an appointment with Dr April Gatson. And lastly, but certainly not least, her nurse, Daisy, is sweet and takes good care of me. So if you are looking for a thorough, compassionate, accommodating, attentive and delightful family physician, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr April Gatson.
