My wife had a stay here and I was there with my son today. It was the same high level of service with added amenities. Jennifer processed us in and it was quick and easy. Adysson got us back quickly. Jeremy was knowledgeable and answered all concerns. Madison shared a personal story that was very helpful. Rachel took us through discharge, so of course we were happiest to see her. :-) Having been to many local facilities both civilian and VA, this place is the best in my opinion.

I want to thank , Kerrigan, Jennifer, Austin, Manny, Abigail, Krystal, Hanna, and Stephanie. They were welcoming, and provided me with the absolute best customer care. They made me feel seen and supported during my time there. While every medical visit has its complexities, these people are the reason I felt cared for. Thank you for your kindness.. I had a problem with a test taken there.. the test administrator decided to follow her own opinions instead of following the actual rules of what the test states. Cassy and I went back-and-forth for a while and she said some rude things and I really do not appreciate and clearly stated that her license and opinion matter more than what the test said or what the test instructions say. Which I do understand and I commend her for trying to follow the roles best that she can, but I don't think that should give you the right to decide when something is positive or negative when the manufacturers of the test clearly say that a faint line is negative. All of that aside I was very very easily able to get in contact with higher management very quickly, which was very surprising. Kim, the woman who was finally able to resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic., she did not feed around the bush. She apologized, admitted the mistake and got the issue resolved. When I came back up here to get the form showing that my test was negative there was a little bit more confusion and I was working with Serena this time, she was also extremely polite and courteous was not snappy or had any sort of attitude, and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend People to visit this location. If they are needing to take a test, I would just ask for it to not be administered by Cassidy.

I got mad. Who programs the computer. The original instructions as to what not to drink or eat before the test, the main things is cafeine. They do not knot that tea has cafeine as well as some sodas. Worrisome to me as it seems that I now more than they do. Can they interpret the results? They do not want to excite your heart before the test, very short test. so ask questions when you book...at what time do you open the door in the morning, if coffee is the only thing you worry about the NOT to ingest very long time before the test.

I would not recommend Dr. Lockhart to anyone who has experienced deep-rooted trauma. For years, he…read moreconsistently dismissed my concerns and the reality of what I was going through. Instead of helping me address the underlying issues, he pushed prescription after prescription. One medication he insisted I continue taking even caused my eyes to move involuntarily--a terrifying side effect. When I asked about natural supplements or alternative remedies, he advised me against them and told me to stick with the prescriptions, no matter how badly they affected me. After spending years and thousands of dollars under his care, I was left worse off than when I started. I eventually discovered, through a DNA test I had to ask him to take on me, that my body was lacking something as simple as L-Methylfolate, a supplement that has made an incredible difference for me. Not once did Dr. Lockhart ever suggest testing for that. He put several labels on me in a one hour visit. I left having a list of diagnoses longer than my patience. But since he was a trusted psychiatrist in East Texas, I trusted his judgment. Every visit had to be paid in full up front, not working with your insurance whatsoever. He would often speak to me for 10-15 minutes tops and still continued to charge me for an hour long session. In my personal experience, Dr. Lockhart did not listen, did not support real healing, and prioritized medication over addressing trauma. I do not trust his care and I would caution others, especially trauma survivors, from seeking treatment with him.
