We were referred to Dr. Sesi's office by our pediatrician after my son's 4th ear infection in 4…read moremonths to discuss ear tubes (he was only 12 months old). I met with Dr. Sesi and immediately liked him. He was kind and friendly with my son, spent time explaining the reasoning behind the tubes, and I left feeling confident in his recommendation for the procedure. After our 5th ear infection a week or so after our first appointment, we scheduled the procedure to take place at LCOM hospital right across the street. Everything went amazingly well, there was good communication throughout pre and post op, and my son's ears look great. Others below have mentioned that the texting as the main form of communication with the office is an issue, but I didn't have any problems. If I didn't hear back about a question, I followed up and didn't have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Everyone I dealt with from surgery scheduling to Dr. Sesi's assistant was extremely nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Sesi if you have little ones in need of ear tubes.

Since hearing loss is a contributing factor in dementia, I was very much hoping to get her hearing tested and find out ASAP if her hearing was an issue. I was called back by Crystal who took some information and then asked for insurance. They did not accept my girlfriend's insurance and gave me another facility to call. I told her that I still wanted to get my girlfriend's hearing checked and was brushed off by Crystal saying it's not your best use of time to come in. I told her I would still like to come in, but she kept pushing back and become quite indignant telling me it's not the best use of your time and I needed to call the other facility repeatedly. The truth was, it was not in Crystal's best interest. If you offer free hearing tests, you should honor it regardless. I was very insulted by her lack of courtesy and honesty. I usually do not write reviews unless a line has been crossed. In this case, I felt that the claim of a free hearing test was not forthright. It should be free hearing tests only if we take your insurance! If Crystal was honest and stated this fact rather than out right refusing to accommodate us and making it seem like she was doing me a favor, I would not be writing this review.
