From the beginning my care took precedence. My last dentist did a lot of work putting in a bridge which cost me at the time about $6,000 knowing that at some point the teeth would fail. He never even informed me so that I could make an informed decision. When He did tell me the teeth had failed and it was too late the only thing I could do now is go for implants. So far Dr. Neil has been terrific he is no rushing, taking it slow because he has a another guys mess to clean up.....I will continue this review in real time.

As many others have noted, the staff in the office are incredibly rude. I don't really care about…read morethe office employees disposition-thats up to the office manager. The biggest issue is that Dr Garrin was using a company that he had never used and didn't know how to perform the surgery. As a result, my implants werent done correctly. I woke up in the middle of my surgery. This wouldn't have happened if I were being monitored by a Registered Nurse with ACLS and conscious sedation training. I can't state absolutely that the person who was required to monitor me wasn't an RN or ACLS-certified. Because I never got an answer from her. When I woke up in the middle of my surgery, there were 2 "other people" in the room during the surgery. These "other people" were reps from the "new company". They were teaching Dr. Garrin how to perform the procedure. I heard most of their conversations. I was never informed that this was new, nor was I advised that anyone else would be in the room with me. Not surprisingly, when I woke up, the "other people" were nowhere to be found! If I hadn't woken up DURING the procedure, I would never known that this was Dr. Garrin's first time doing this procedure and he was being trained, nor would I have known that there were 2 other people involved in my surgery. This is absolutely not in accordance with informed consent. The prosthdontist had to redo all the abutments. Yet they took me to small claims court for not paying them 1200$. As many other people commented, the judge knew his representatives well-sounds pretty suspicious! The judge wasnt interested in the fact that my surgery wasn't done properly; all he saw was an outstanding balance Both my children and I had used him in the past without issue (aside from the nasty lady at the front desk). I would suggest to anyone else to proceed with caution and ask questions..

Besides being exemplary with her work, she is extremely caring, patient, supportive, and friendly. I could tell that she cares about her patients a lot. She was so good that I didn't feel anything when she insert the IV to draw my blood and administer anesthesia (I have small veins so I usually had to get poked and dealt with pain a few times before). I felt at ease and worry free under her care. Her staffs are extremely nice too. She is new at the practice but I have no doubt that her name will be in "The top oral surgeon" soon! Then the second visit the "Dr." attempted to insert my IV. OMG what a nightmare, after about ten attempts she was trying to insert the needle into my foot. Like what doctor can't insert an IV. An I had to be the one to blame, she said my past drug use was the issue, if that was true why did her medical assistant get the IV in on her first attempt. "Dr." Cyndi I'd completely unethical and unprofessional. She made comments like oh your so lucky your alive after doing so many drugs. Her dental hygienist tried to relate to me with stories of how she dated a heroin kingpin. Like WTF, the "Dr," Cyndi had the audacity to let me know I wouldn't be able to been seen by her again. This was a marked contrast from other offices that dismissed my concerns. They have great hygienists who do a thorough job. The dentists are personable and really good at what they do! When I've had to get cavities worked on they make me really comfortable (podcasts & a blanket!) and they're excellent at delivering Novocain so that you barely feel the needle. I'm a wimp, so this is important. They always do cancer screenings and keep my best interest at heart. I appreciate having such a great dentist!

She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back.
